Refund of Cricket Match Tickets booked online
I had booked 4 tickets on Kyazoonga.com for the India England worldcup Cricket Match to be played on 27th February 2011 at Eden Gardens Calcutta. Subsequently the Match got shifted to Bengaluru and hence Kyazoonga gave 2 options of REFUND/EXCHANGE to the existing ticket holder. I opted for the REFUND of tickets on February 05th, 2011. Kyazoonga had mentioned that the refund will be processed in 3/4 weeks. It has been more than 4 weeks and i havent heard anything from them. I have tried to contact them many times but the customer care number doesn't work. Several Mails to them are also unanswered. No body is picking up the call center number also. I require your help on the above matter.

Kyazoonga is not professional.

    I and my colleagues had booked cricket match tickes through kyazoonga.com for India Vs Ireland match on 6th March 2011 to be played in Bangalore.

    We did not receive any tickets till date. Also, we followed up on Calls and email but no reply at all.

      Dear Sir,

      I had tried to book 2 tickets for India and England Match (match dated 27.02.2011) on 25.02.2011 around 10.30pm.

      First time when I tried to book two tickets transaction was failed. I mean it shows communication error.
      So, again second time I tried to book and transaction became successful and i got confirmation ID also.

      Where as in my Credit Card statement the amount is deducted for both failed and successful transaction.

      I got successful transaction and confirmation only once, but erroneously amount deducted two times from my account. It is therefore, I request you kindly please arrange to refund the amount Rs.2803/- .

      I sent mail to customer service regarding this but till now I am not received any reply from kyazoonga.

        I had tried to book six tickets for the Bryan Adams concert in Delhi, The transaction when attempted failed but the amount was credited to my account. Subsequently when crosschecked Citibank confirmed that kyazoonga had accepted payment. What would be the procedure to get a refund ? Kyazoonga does not respond to any query and the contact numbers do not work.

        Kyazoonga.com — TRANSACTION SHOWING DECLINED BUT ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED

        HI, My name is Dakshesh R Patel.
        I was booking movie ticket through KYAZOONGA.COM site online
        and I put my put my card numbers for the payment,when it came to the last
        page it showed as Transaction Declined however the money was debited
        from my account.Now when I called the BANK for Clarification for the
        payment and they told me to call up KYAZOONGA.COM for the same.
        When I called them up no one answers the call after transfering from IVR
        (the voice recording).and the line gets disconnected.So please help me
        out for the same.

            I had booked 3 tickets for the movie from the website KYAZOONGA.COM. In my first attempt, after the transaction was made, the website displayed error stating that the tickets were not booked. Therefore, I made another attempt and this time it got booked successfully. I immediately received a confirmation sms. After I reached the cinema hall, I receive another sms with a different booking ID. At this time, I realised that there are 2 set of tickets that has got booked. I enquired about this with the manager at the cinema hall however as this was done online, I was asked to lodge a complaint online. I have sent email to KYAZOONGA.COM however there was no reply from them. I called the customer care however did not receive any response from them. I am sure, this is how these websites/services rip off their customers and make money.

              I sumedha mahajan, tried to book a ticket for Brayan Adam concert to be held in Hyderabad on 16 feb 2011. I paid through online SBI bank. The amount(1599) was deducted from my account but no ticket was booked and a error message came. The message was-"We are unable to process your request for the card details submitted. Please use another card or an alternative payment option to complete the transaction".
              I tried calling kyazoonga website but i was always kept on waiting. I send them emails but no response came.I contacted Avenues India Pvt ltd, who are responsible for online payment to kyazoonga. They said that the transaction was complete and provided me order No. To this i told them about the error message and told that no tiket was booked.
              So they told me that i should quote this order no to kyazoonga and they will make the refund( talked to Avenues India Pvt.Ltd on 14 feb 2011).

              Its been over 2 weeks but no response came from kyazoonga.com

                I booked two tickets on feb 7 via kyazoonga for the Bryan Adam's concert. The transaction failed but only after the money was debited from my account. I sent a mail the same day to their customer service requesting a status on how the money would be credited back to me.

                I havent got a reply till date. I even tried calling their helpline numbers about a hundred times. They are either always busy or get disconnected after an automated voice says that "you wil be transferred to the next available operator"

                I was finally able to contact customer care on phone and they have said that a request has been raised to refund the money. This is expected to take 7 working days.
                Ive still got no refund or response from the customer service. It truly is pathetic that a website like Kyazoonga cannot even send a mail indicating that matter is being looked into.

                Every time i contact the customer service by phone they take the same set of details with no reference to the previous telecon and promise to send a mail to their corporate office to raise a request for a refund. And nothing gets done !

                These guys thrive with the lack of transparency in the process. No reference number is generated (or atleast given to the customer) for the complaint/enquiry made by customer.

                I plan to wait for a few days and take it up in the consumer court.

                  I booked 5 tickets for the IPL match last year in the month of April. However, when I entered my CC details, it gave a Server error that the Server is not responding at the moment but the money was deducted. I never got the service from their side and neither did they refund the amount to my account.

                  Looks like a fraud site.

                  Even I completely agree with Vikrant.I booked 4 movie tickets.I pressed confirm button twice or thrice.It was showing Server error.So i repeated the process.It was showing same server error again.I just left it.
                  But money was deducted 5 times.I complained.They agreed that it was mistake but till today they didnt refund the money.

                  Dont use this site.Its fraud.
                  DLF IPL 4 is approaching in the next 2 months, and cricket lovers can now Book Tickets for IPL online in advance to avail best of fun & entertainment, directly at the match venue.

                  I booked a Polo T-shirt online through www.kyazoonga.com at the time of cricket world cup on 17th of march but i dont received the same till now. I called twice on there customer care and complaint for the same and i cancelled my order but till now i dont received any thing (t-shirt as well as money)and now i am calling on there customer care my call is put on hold for an hour time. so in frustration i cancelled the call. I request you to please help me out.
