My name is soumyajit paul. I booked two ticketa for the match on 25 october at kolkata for the match of brazil vs england. I have paid for the tickets via online papayment. The transaction code is avenues[protected]. Rs 200 has been debited from my bank account but i have not received any conformation email. Do i need to provide any more details. Please help me as to what i should do?

        Today i tried to book a ticket by using the online portal of kyazoonga.com.
        As soon as i put the otp number for paying the money the site went blank and didn't show anything. Suddenly the money got deducted from my account i waited for 20 mins and then the site crashed and went back to the home page automatically. I still haven't got the ticket. If i don't get my tickets i want my money back. The purchase was made through debit card.. And the amount was 400/-

          I purchased 2 tickets for the fifa u17 world cup semi final to be held on 25th october 2017 at kolkata. But as soon as i entered the OTP required for payment, it deducted the money of ₹200 and then popped up showing that the something went wrong.
          I tried again with another 2 tickets. Same issue.
          Deducted ₹400 total with no tickets in return.
          Please provide a solution as soon as possible. I am attaching my debit card transaction message and also the transaction ID.

              Several time I was complaint by mail with details at your customer service but they cleaned their hand by send a complain no.
              Already ₹718/- debited from my account. It's wish for my little daughter, please do something for my little daughter.

                My tickets against the confirmation id of [protected]-kz[protected] were purchased on 31st august 2017 for kolkata 3 tickets of round of 16 and 4 tickets of quarter finals. They were part delivered on 26th sep 2017. Against the booking of 3 tickets of round of 16 and 4 tickets of quarter finals, i have received 3 tickets of round of 16 only. The 4 quarter final tickets have not been delivered.
                Inspite of repeated reminders kyazoonga is not responding.
                My tickets against the confirmation id of [protected]-kz[protected]were purchased on 21st julay 2017 for kolkata 4tickets of 1st match of kolkata. They were part delivered on 7th oct 2017. Against the booking of 4 tickets The final tickets have not been delivered.

                  I booked for 2 online tickets (Including courier charges) for fifa u-17 football matches and made payment through internet rs.1030/- on 16.06.2017.
                  No tickets were delivered till 08.09.2017. I e-mailed to customer care. Customer care relied that it will be delivered / intimated closer to the start of the events (Request no.17921)
                  No tickets delivered till 06.10.2017 which first day of fifa u-17 world cup. I made request again on this date (Request no.25230)
                  No reply.
                  Again i made request on 08.10.2017.
                  Is this kyazoonga's inefficiency to deliver the contract or willful tactics to grow business.
                  I have booked 2 tickets for England vrs Chile, but i have not received yer the Confirmation code while the amount is debited from my Bank account. Please hepl.

                    I have purchased 3 days ticket of fifa u-17 world cup match at kolkata (Group league, r16 and q-final) online from kyazoonga amounting inr 3386.00, but received delivery of only 1 day's ticket through courier dispatched on 23rd september. The other days tickets - round 16 (3 tickets) and quarter final (3 tickets) were not present inside the courier envelope.

                    Tickets not received are
                    1. Round of 16: tue, oct 17, 2017 | 3 tickets
                    2. Quarter final: sun, oct 22, 2017 | 3 tickets

                    I am not getting any response from kyazoonga customer service over my several request through phone, email, facebook and twitter about the status of the missing tickets. I am now apprehending that my tickets had been deliberately misplaced and kyazoonga is intentionally overlooking the issue reported. I would be grateful if there is anything that you can do to help the situation.

                    I have booked seven U-17 fifa tickets, four and three separately for 25th Oct. to watch the semi-finals at Guwahati but still I haven't received the tickets.

                      I order the ticket for world cup u-17 on date[protected] and till now i din't get my ticket. I already paid and debited from my account to inb avenues india pvt. Ltd. Having these ref. No.[protected]igabyuwuc4 and[protected]igabyusbo9. So i call avenues india pvt. Ltd. They said they already accepted by kyazoonga. I call kyanzooga they said we will send the ticket. Till now i do not get any confirmation ticket nor any information.

                        1. England v mexico and iraq v chile

                        2. 3rd place and finals

                        But, unfortunately i have received 2 envelops in 2 different days containing 1 tickets in each envelop of the same match on 11th october. But, i have not yet received my final days ticket yet. I am eagerly waiting for the ticket since i don't want to miss the finals. The status shown in their portal as delivered. Tried to call the customer care number but not responded.. Mailed them but not responded. Please suggest what to do now.
                        Lots of tickets missing QR code. No reply to email to support id. What's going on?

                          Sir,

                          I had booked 4 tickets each of 4 nos. Matches in kolkata through kyazoonga portal on 20th july 2017 vide order no. [protected]-kz[protected]. I received the courier which had tickets of only 1 match. I had then called up the customer service number and i was informed that the remaining tickets of 3 matches will be delivered separately.
                          But till date i have not received the tickets. Now neither kyazoonga is responding to phone calls nor they are picking up calls in customer service. I do not want to miss any of the matches.
                          Please look into it and resolve.
                          I bought three tickets for india vs ghana match on 14 july, and choose option for courier delivery and paid for the same but not recieved yet, they are claiming courier company delivered on 27 september, they are totally wrong and making false commitment and i am going to sue those people who are responsible.

                            I purchased 2 tickets on-line thorugh your web site on 6th august, 2017 for the u17 world cup foot ball matches to be held on 8th october at salt lake stadium, kolkata. But till today my tickets have not delivered by your assigned courier. I shall not be able to see the matches for which i purchased tickets a long back for your inefficient & degradable service. Further, several e-mails have remained unanswered. This is really disappointing. Now, advise how can i see the matches and how you are going to compensate me.                                 Booked tickets on 7th of july in the fifa website for kolkata matches on 8th of october and 22nd of ocotber 2017 and chose the option for the tickets being couriered to me. On 1st of october 2017, i got an email that the tickets are despatched. Till date today (6th of october 2017) the tickets are not there. I am unable to get into the website and when i try to reset the password through link it is not working. I have tried calling the support number which tells me to wait and disconnects automatically after 2 mins 30 secs. I have raised an email request for support on 3rd of october which has been acknowledged under ticket no, 23257 on 3rd of october itself but after that silence

                                Now i am in serious danger of missing the matches inspite of confirmed tickets due to non-delivery. I personally think kyazoonga is a typical fraud shell organization which is laundering money.

                                  Booked 4 tickets for 3 matches of fifa u-17 world cup video booking id kz[protected]. Received only one ticket through first flight courier on 26.09.17. First flight says another packet in my name cannot be delivered as it bears the same consignment number. According to the courier agency, two packages cannot bear same consignment number. Not able to get in touch with kyazoonga on[protected] even after trying continuously since 02.10.17. No response from kyazoonga to 3 emails sent. Need kyazoonga to immediately advise first flight couriers to deliver the second packet d901q1220672 containing tickets for october 8 & 17 matches. Miserable customer service from kyazoonga. Fifa should have learnt from the 2011 world cup cricket ticket fiasco which was also caused by total mismanagement by kyazoonga.
                                  Similar issue here. Kyazoonga charges 118 INR for delivery and selects a low-grade courier service like First Flight. No text messages were ever sent saying that tickets have been dispatched. This is unbelievable service. I can't even contact First Flight, none of their contact numbers work. Could you give me the First Flight contact number?
                                  I was booked on 25.09.17 (12:10 AM) for 4 tickets (Rs.718/-) of Quarter Final match to be held on 22.10.17, ID no. is[protected].
                                  I say truly Sir, I have not received the third booking tickets till date.

                                    Am here to complain about my above mentioned tickets for 7/10/2017 play is not received yet. And i went to blue dart office here in thrissur as per your earlier mail. But they saying that they got the bag containing tickets but when opened it the above mentioned tickets are not inside the bag. They said several other peoples have this same complaints you should ask for change of ticket colleting way to stadium counter.
                                    So am enquering you that wheather that tickets can be collected from stadium when i reach there.

                                      Dear all,

                                      I am lodging this complaint against kyazoonga as they are cheating customers in the name of biggest sports ticket provider in india. On 21st july, 2017, i have booked (Booking confirmation id is: [protected]-kz[protected] tickets for the u17 fifa world cup match going to happen on 6th october, 2017. I have been following up for my tickets for last one month and the tickets are not yet deliver to me as i have chosen for home delivery option. Now, the customer care team is not picking up my call and not responding over email as well. My family members have travelled to delhi to attend this event.

                                      Requesting your kind support on this case and strict action against the company for looting money from people like us.

                                        Online booking for fifa venue ticket (New delhi) done on july 6th has not been received. Further there is no communication to the mail id, post the online booking. Calls and mails to support are not getting through and not answered. The first match starts on fri. 6th.

                                        The customer service is abysmal / non existent and not sure if the tickets are being sold again at the venue, after cheating the fans who have booked online.
