I have purchased 3 days ticket of fifa u-17 world cup match at kolkata (Group league, r16 and q-final) online from kyazoonga amounting inr 3386.00, but received delivery of only 1 day's ticket through courier dispatched on 23rd september. The other days tickets - round 16 (3 tickets) and quarter final (3 tickets) were not present inside the courier envelope.
Tickets not received are
1. Round of 16: tue, oct 17, 2017 | 3 tickets
2. Quarter final: sun, oct 22, 2017 | 3 tickets

I am not getting any response from kyazoonga customer service over my several request through phone, email, facebook and twitter about the status of the missing tickets. I am now apprehending that my tickets had been deliberately misplaced and kyazoonga is intentionally overlooking the issue reported. I would be grateful if there is anything that you can do to help the situation.
