Is[protected]; rs.4.18 dt. 15' sept.'17 at friday 3.17 pm. — ticket conf. Id. Is[protected] and rs. 4.18 dt. 25' sept.'17 at monday 2.17 pm. — ticket conf. Id. Is[protected] at kyazoonga thru sbi bank debit card. But not delivered till now. I am realy heavy mental shocked! If kyazoonga can not delivery fifa u-17 world cup india 2017's tickets, please you are requested to arrange my three tickets at the earliest as the possible. If it doesn't possible then arrange refund with interest my money immediately. Please action this case. Thanking!

But not delivered at the time. I am realy shocked! If kyazoonga can not delivery fifa u 17 world cup 2017's tickets. Please you are requested to arrange my 3 tickets at the earliest as the possible.     This is to inform you all that I have purchased for 8th Oct 2no.s 600 tickets & 2no.s of 300 tickets . But I received 4no.s of 300 tickets for that particular day.

    I was booked on 25.09.17 (12:10 AM) for 4 tickets (Rs.718/-) of Quarter Final match to be held on 22.10.17, ID no. is[protected].
    I say truly Sir, I have not received the third booking tickets till date.

Due to some technical problem the transaction ended with '500 technical problem' but the amount has been deducted from my account. I am attaching both the technical error details and my transaction details. This is completely unethical and unlawful to deduct the money when your transactions are failing.           My credit card was debited twice for cpl tickets purchased for the match on[protected]. I did two transaction but my credit card was debited three times. Attached is a screenshot of the payments being debited from my account. I did not authorize the payment for USD$271.13. I would greatly appreciate having this matter resolved at the quickest time possible. Also attempts have been made to contact your 24x7 hotline but it was to no avail. I am very dissatisfied with this because I usually use your website to purchase my tickets and this is the first time.I have ever encountered any problems like this.

                    I tried to purchase 3 tickets, but your website said card declined. I tried a second, again declined. I rang both credit card companies, who say both transactions were approved. I have received nothing from you, but assume I am being billed for 6 tickets. I'd be grateful if you would investigate this, and cancel the second transaction, and email me accordingly. I need to be able to print off the tickets.

                      I paid Rs 15864 for my IPTL tickets. They marketed the event showing Roger Federer and Serena Williams face on their website. In the end, Roger and Serena both dint turn up for the event, and this update was announced only 2 days before the event after people had already booked flight and hotel tickets. Now they are only returning 15000.Why should i let go of my 864 bucks plus flight and hotel charges ? This is criminal deception on the part of kyazoonga.

                        Today i was booking tickets for wankhede test match..i completed my transaction and then they pagenot found...money is debited from my account...later they say they will refund in 3 days...i say it's ur mistake y i shud keep my money with u for 3 days...u r doing similar thing with many people...disgusting company...u r cheaters...fraud people.
                        After 10 minz my brother booked ticketa same thing happened with him. This people are cheating using our money...u shud compensate for it... i would request MCA to stop using kya zoonga for online tickets.

                            After completing the process i made payment for tickets and amount got deducted from my account.

                            But there is no confirmation received on the site nor i got any email or message on mobile. This is unfortunate..what kind of a service this is????

                            same happened with me also. I have 4 tickets on 3rd Feb. I am also not received any confirmation. I issue tickets for the same to ICICI bank as well as kyazoonga. Kyazoonga's. Customer care excutive send me mail that asking for reference numer for that transaction. ICICI bank provided me reference number for the same which I forwarded to kyazoonga. After that they mail me mentioning that you amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

                            Its more than month now, still they didn't refund my amount.

I Made payment of 527.58 Rs. through corporation bank net banking with A/c No. CA01000305 .payment was deducted from my a/c but ticket was not generated.when i went to D.Y. Patil stadium for complaint they replied that the amount will be refunded in A/c within 5 days but until now payment is not credited in my account.                                 Dear Sir,

                                I was trying to book 10 tickets for Pune Vs Delhi - IPl match on 14th April 2011 from Kyazoonga.
                                Due to some reason transaction was incomplete but the payment was deducted from my account.
                                I immediately contacted kya Zoonga Customer Care they said me i have to write a mail to "[protected]@kyazoonga.com" and in 7 working days i will get back my money.

                                Its more than 40 days now i have not received any payment.I had sent many mails to kyazoonga. After so many mails they replied to mail dated 16th may 2011 that "they investigated and found that transaction was incomplete and i have to follow with my bank"

                                I forwarded same mail to HDFC bank and requested them to revert back my money. bank replied me dated 17 may 2011 that " Bank play a role of facilitator and i have to follow up with kyazoonga only"

                                HDFC reply i forwarded to kyazoonga and asked for the clarification dated 17 may 2011. Still no plan of action from there end. I told them in every mail that i will lodge a complaint against them, they are not bother about any complaints against their name.

                                Total amount 2637.80

                                I am attaching the account statement for your reference.

                                  I had booked 2 online adult tickets for Wet N Wild, Gurgaon from the Kyazoonga.com website. I got a booking confirmation email too with a Transaction reference Code. However, when I reached Wet N Wild, they mentioned that they have stopped doing business with Kyazoonga.com around a year back, however, Kyazoonga.com didn't remove Wet N Wild's link from their website and are continue to cheat customers. I had to book 2 tickets again on the spot. I wrote back to Kyazoonga.com multiple times however got response only once saying that they will revert after investigation. Moreover, when I along with official from Wet N Wild tried calling Kyazoonga.com officials, they simply disconnected the call. I'm asking Kyanzoonga.com to revert my money (Rs. 527.58/-), however, they are not at all responding.

                                  I wanted to write this in this forum so that if steps are taken from Consumer Complaints, Kyazoonga.com will not be able to cheat other people further.

                                    ConsumerDaddy is a website which resolves customer complains free of cost - you just need to register (for free) and update your complaint. I have done and I'm sure if you all also update your details/ info here, then there is a chance that there would be some pressure on these kyazzonga ppl.

                                    No point in letting it go - this is the best way to get back at them. and it doesnt even take a lot of our time.

                                    I have also booked 2 tickets for the same match. Even I have not received any tickets till now. Just 1 week to go for the match. Kyazoonga replied to my email saying that you will receive your ticket CLOSE to the Match Date. I really dont know what do they mean by the Term CLOSE.

                                    IPL tickets not delivered
                                    I had booked 2 tickets for IPLT20 match at Navi Mumbai scheduled for May 4, 2011. Tickets were booked on April 18, 2011 with option to receive by courier.

                                    Till date I've not received my tickets. Any and all attempts to contact Kyazoonga.com are fruitless. There is no response on their contact nos. (+[protected], +[protected]. There is no response to e-mails sent to [protected]@kyazoonga.com

                                    There are no known outlets or contact points of Kyazoonga in Mumbai where one could speak to a human being to understand their game plan.

                                    Does anyone have suggestions on how to get these tickets.

                                    i had purchased 11 tickets for same match, i could track it by putting ref no starting with KZ on Bluedart

                                    Yes I was able to track the courier as suggested by Baba Phad in the site
                                    http://www.bluedart.com/maintracking.html.
                                    I selected the Ref no radiobutton, Entered the Reference Number starting with KZ.
                                    And I was able to see the following information at the bluedart site:
                                    Pickup Date: 26 April 2011
                                    From: Mumbai
                                    To: Pune
                                    Status: In Transit Await Delivery Information
                                    Expected Date of Delivery: 27 April 2011

                                      I had tried booking for the Kochi Tuskers Vs Royal Challengers IPL Match(on 9th April 2011) today.
                                      After successful net transfer for the amount of 1310.30/- Rs, the site gave me an error
                                      "Invalid bank account details. Please restart the ticketing process". But the amount already been transferred to your account. Customer service mails are not acknowledged and their customer care number is always busy or not connecting. There is no way to contact them too.

                                      After successful net transfer for the amount of 3386 Rs, in on account AVENUES(I)PVT LTD ". But the amount already been transferred to your account. Customer service mails are not acknowledged and their customer care number is always busy or not connecting. There is no way to contact them too "very urgently"...

                                        Hi

                                        I had booked 2 tickets for the India-Australia practice match [Feb 13, 2011] on Jan 31 2010 for 1000 each.
                                        Confirmation ID: [protected]-KZ[protected]
                                        Later the prices were slashed by 75% and cost of the ticket was 250 only.

                                        Kyazoonga had put up on their website that they will process the refund in 3~4 weeks.
                                        It is now more than 7 weeks and there is no mail or communication from kyazoonga.

                                        I have written couple of mails already to kyazoonga, I have also registered a complaint with them on their website and I have called them more than 5 times, each time the call lasts for atleast 10 mintues but there is no reponse.

                                        If Kyazoonga have to handle an international event like 'ICC World Cup', I feel they need to show a little bit more of professionalism. I am still banking on them, as I have to get a refund of 1500. :(

                                        The status is the same with couple of more friends of mine who have booked through kyazoonga.
                                        I am hoping kyazoonga will update the status ASAP.
