L G — Worst Experience / Defective Product - LG Smart TV

I have bought LG TV (Model No. LG UHD LED 55UK6360PTE) on 22/06/2019 from one of the dealerships in Gurugram, which costed me Rs. 58500/-

On 30/07/2021 the display of the TV just got disappeared while it was on. I logged the complaint on customer care, the engineer called me yesterday to visit today but he didn't. When I escalated the issue, the engineer visited my place today and said that the display of the TV, that I have bought just two years back, is faulty and needs to be replaced at my expense of RS. 37000. As per engineer the warranty of the display is of 2 years, in my case its one month more than two years, so the component will be replaced at my cost. When I spoke with his supervisor, he said that he will get the replacement at 25% discount. What the hell is this. I cannot believe this from such a brand LG, but now I think why did I go for LG. LG is making fool of the customers. When their products can not stand for just two years, what more can anyone expect from such a brand which is selling such high end costly TVs but its components are local. Or intentionally the defected TVs are being pushed to customers via dealers with discount so that defected TVs which can run for more than two years for crossing warranty period. Its totally mis-selling. I had requested the TOP management to look into matter and get the replacement of display of my TV under warranty terms with no extra cost on me, which was obviously very rightful on consumers part but its 15 days now my complaint has not been resolved yet. Thats why now I am compelled to write on other platforms for justice.
