Landmark Online India Shopping Pvt Ltd — Online purchase refund
I placed order with landmarkshops.In and the product description was misguiding. Description was cotton but the material was cheap georgette and also the jackets zip was not working working properly. I ask them to take the product back and they said that the amount will get refunded within 3 days from the day the product is reached to there warehouse.. Now when i call them to check the status of refund now say that the refund will be done after 10 days.. They keep fooling the customers.. No one even receives the calls if we call on customer care number. Every time i call them they keep giving different answer.. My money is blocked with them.. They send faulty and defective material...

Sir my product are returned but company say cash will be not returned. or say to buy other products. with cupans please help me i want to my money back my contact no is [protected]
I have purchased 3 t-shirts from www.landmarkshops.in on 11 may 2016. i buy 3 products from the site but no one fits, so i returned all 3 t-shirts. i have nothing to even say about their products, i have not even received the 2 t shirts i ordered from this store.
2 weeks and multiple emails with their customer support later, i have not even received what i have ordered. i would like to support smaller companies over giants like flipkart and amazon, but this kind of customer service is just disgusting.
They have not even apologized for non delivery, instead have just sent curt replies saying it will be delivered "tomorrow". but for this pathetic online store, tomorrow never comes. this is a serious issue that you have returned only 1 t-shirt in place of 3. attached copy is of return receipt given by their executive.
It means either they have lost or stolen other 2 t-shirts. now i will go to consumer forum for this. also i have mailed them for the replacement of all 3 t shirts. this is very pathetic response and service given by you. they all cheated me.
I had ordered a pair of shoes from landmark and this is the first time i have ordered online with landmark. The product got delivered to me yesterday and i was really disappointed with the kind of product you guys have dispatched. The quality isn't upto mark and looks very substandard. There is patch on one pair, the place where there are laces the material looks cheap there as seen in the image, the inner sole of the shoes is so worst that you can lift it easily. The colour is very different from the one showed on the site. I can say this because i have already seen and tried this product in mumbai lifestyle store last week. The colour and the quality was very supreme but the only issue was they did not have size for me. So, i thought of buying it online but its proven to be a waste of time for me. I m attaching all the pics as said by your executive over the fone. I am tired of following with the most irrational & consumer unfriendly online company from bangalore. I have been promised a lot of things from your employees over the phone but nothing happens. Lastly, i spoke to a guy he told me that my refund has been initiated and it will reflect in my bank on monday. I told him this is the last time i am listening to your tall claims. I haven't got any refund yet. Its more then a month since i have bought the shoes. I am filing a consumer complaint & writing a post on my social sites with the pictures of your product and its quality & the way you torture your consumers. I have not been able to buy anything else bcoz my money is stuck with you people. Enough is enough.
