Dear Sir,

A brand new WIO LAP TOP PRODUCT CODE 27554968 was purchased from Sony India Authorised deaer.:"LAPTOP BAZAR".SPENCER
PLAZA, Chennai,vide sales Invoice No 605 dated 22.07.2012. serial No 7002487

Right ffrom the date of purchase we are finding lot of difficulties with the new Sony Lap tap Porudct and we have continuously following up
the matter with Sony India Pvt Ltd,with no response/reply.

1 The mother board was totally defecitve and not working

2 The carry bag provided with the lap top could be hardly used for 48 hours,owing the poor quality of the material used.

3 Each and very time suddenly display is off


May I request the autorities concerned to extend yourt support and help for immediate refund of the substandad and defectiv/poor quality of the poduct that was given to us.

Once again I request your goodself to kindly do the needful.

4 Although ONSITE WARRANT HAS BEEN mentioned in practice no ONSITE WARRANTY BEING GIVEN.

5 Each time when there is problem we have to run to the Service Centre about 50-60 KM far away.

6 We have sent several mail to Sony Indiat for Full refund oif our amount,but no reply till date
