1.LAPTOP WAS PURCHASED ON 12 AUG 2012 2.ON 29TH MARCH 2013 LAPTOP WAS IN WORKING CONDITION BUT ON THE NEXT DAY SCREEN OF THE LAPTOP TURNED BLUE GREEN. 3.LAPTOP WAS SHOWN TO SONY VAIO SERVICE CENTER AND THEY DENIED TO REPAIR LAPTOP FREE OF CHARGE WHEN IT WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. 4.AS IT HAS HAPPENED WITHOUT ANY KNOWN ACCIDENT,SO KINDLY OFFER ME SOME REASONABLE SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM AS THE SERVICE CENTER HAS RAISED A REPAIR AMOUNT OF RS 11,OOO WHICH IS NOT AFFORDABLE TO ME. 5. Sony VAIO — Laptop LCD screen
My LCD screen of VAIO CS27GJ(model) started getting different colours line on bottom of the screen. The Sony service center executive told me i will get my screen in 4-5 days but i didn't get it. Then i again went to their office after 2 weeks and then they said i'll get my LCD in 10 days and today 10 days are over but still i haven't got any call from their office for my LCD.I hereby request you to accept my complaint and take strict action against them.
