Hi this is Ashirbad Das. I have ordered a PTron Droid PC Smart TV Box Android 4 4 Kitkat H 265 WIFI 2 4GHzLAN 4K Hdmi 1G RAM 8G rom. (Order no SO936865) on[protected] & received that on 4 November. On 15th of November I book a complain /ticket because it was not working any more. ( ticket no #942301). On 24th of November, I again contact them because no one has came to pickup the item & they told me it will be in 2 to 3 days.
