[Resolved] Latestone.com — Not returning product | |||||
Dear latestone.com support team, I have purchased ptron Droid PC Smart TV Box Android 4.4 Kitkat H 265 WIFI 2.4GHz LAN 4K Hdmi 1G RAM 8G ROM. order no SO1371257 on[protected] & received it on 1st February 2016. When I opened the package the box was wrapped with rubber, box is not sealed & the box was teared, when I connect it to both of my tv with HDMI cable or AV cable it wasn't working (No display)(kindly find photos below). I think it is a used one. It has been more than 7 days but no one has came for reverse pickup. When I inquired with Aramex courier they told me that there is some problem & they will not come for pickup. Kindly contact latestone.com. But no one from latestone.com is responding to my emails I want to return the product & refund. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
