I have bought le 2 mobile on 28th flash sale order id :[protected], but the mobile is not at all working. its has touch pad problem. its making calls on its own and opening apps on its own. sending messages also on its own.

I approached service center (silk tele services, bangalore), and from past 20 days the mobile is with them only. they are not doing anything. simply they are saying that we have software problem and we are unable to upgrade the software. they are not responding properly and your customer support also. what do you want me to do now? i didn't use the mobile even for 1 week.

If there is no response from you, i will approach consumer court, i do not have any other option left out.

Le2 was purchased from Lemall.com
it was delievered on 2nd July
it came with a broken screen
i put the return request on 8th july (Submission date)
It was picked up on 13th July and it reached the company on 15th July 2pm via bluedart. Reference number[protected]
After that it haven't got any update.
According to your terms and conditions it takes 26 days at max to process the phone. Now 32 days have taken place.
I call you daily to know its update
But everytime i get assured that it will be delivered tomorrow.
