Dear Sir, I have purchased lenova ideapad on 15/12/2020 from M/s Girias Store, Bangalore. The system was not able to boot within two days of purchase. i have contacted the store on 8th day due to my personal engagement. store person tried to resolve the same . but could not rectify the problem.. he asked to contact authorised service centre. The service centre people asked me to deposit the laptop for rectification /DOA within 14 days. I have handed over the laptop on 25/12/20 to M/s Vibhave Communication, Domlur, Bangalore. They told me on 02/01/21 the replacement (DOA) is not possible due to 10 days delay and is possible only if bought in CROMA or REliance Digital. I have paid 70900/- for the laptop and within 2days the hard disk is failed and company is not giving replacement because i have purchased in Girias. Hence i request you to kindly resolve the same.
