[Resolved] Lenskart — bad quality lenses are being provided with the frames who's anti scratch film is coming out which creates problem in visibility.

I buyed the the frame from lenskart store at bhootnath lucknow on 12 february 2017 by selecting the good quality frame of vincent chase & glasses of british optics so that i don't have any problem in seeing & have faith in company that they will provide a quality product by paying a valuable amount of rs.2400. But it's being a year crossed the quality of the lenses being disclosed of british optics, the anti scarth film of the lenses is coming out from lenses which creates problem for me in seeing. It's seem's that by paying huge amount also the customers are not getting the valueable products. It's a matter of shame for lenskart that in era of competition of companies you are lacking behind by these negativeness. I made a telephonic complaint also on[protected] with ticket id:- 5857876 but no action is being taken till now against my complaint.
So kindly get my lenses replaced as soon as possible. So that i can believe in lenskart product again. My contact no. Is:- [protected].

Updated by mch191 A BAD RESPONSE / EXCUSE GIVEN FROM LENSKART AGAINST MY COMPLAINT. THEY DO NOT HAVE THERE MANAGEMENT ON THERE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS & SELLING BAD PRODUCTS AT VERY HIGH RATES. I REQUEST ALL CONSUMERS THAT DON'T BUY THE PRODUCTS OF LENSKART, THEY ARE SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS TO THERE CUSTOMERS. MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVE BY LENSKART. A SHAME ON COMPANY THAT THEY CAN'NT DO ANYTHING FOR THERE CUSTOMERS. KINDLY REPLACED MY GLASSES, I WANT ONLY THIS SOLUTION. OTHERWISE I WILL NEVER BUY THE PRODUCTS & GIVE MESSAGES TO MY COLLOUGES & CUSTOMER THAT DON'T BUY LENSKARTS PRODUCTS. IN FUTURE YOUR COMPANY WILL BE LEGGING DOWN I PRAY..

So kindly tell it in what range/price i have to buy the product in comparision to the old order i.e. tell the full amount/price of the product on which you will you will be offering me the best discount & how will i book this order, As before i buyed the product from the lenskart store & the store man booked the order for me. I also dont have the lenskart login account. So kindly tell the way of booking the order In Order To Gain The best possible discount. And One Thing I Want To Tell It To U, That I Want the Highest discount on The Product Booked By Me.
