I have placed an order of rs.4928- vide order no.[protected] in the name of parika kamra at lenskart franchise store in sector 20, panchkula. Initially the order was delayed almost 15 days than the committment. From the order of two spects, one was rejected by us due to wrong centre & return to store at that time. I was committed for two additional spects with glasses of app. Rs.9856- (Double the order price in 1+1 scheme) as a compensation that time. Afterwards the franchise store was closed and we were at tenterhook for almost 4 months. Now this store is converted to company's owned store. I regret to say that after follow up of more than a month, mr. Prakash manager of that store has offered voucher of rs.3500- and plainly refused the earlier committment by saying that time it was francise store that time, so company can not pass that committment. Any ways i bought the spects of lenskart irrespective who dealt me. So lenskart is liable to honour the committment..
