I had order 1 product from lenskart on 10th april 2018, order no. [protected].19th april 2018 was the deadline for product delivery. Still I am getting next due date to get my product. Everyday I call to store and I get new date of delivery. I have order this for special function but due to late delivery of product I cant wear it on function.I don't get any supporting mails or SMS or phone call from lenskart about late delivery. I want my product today I don't know how its your concerned else refund my money.

    We are students and we have purchased spects with above mentioned order number at the time of purchase lenskart employee manohar of lenskart rajajinagar store assured us that with cash back we get we can purchase spects next time fully utilising such cash back then next time when we went they told only 50% of our purchase we can utilize such cash back we would not have purchased first spects with put their assurance i have attached audio of same what we have spoken with store manager syed we still have all evidence that they have missed guided us please look into this and solve it my mobile number [protected] mail i'd [protected]@gmail.com

      Dear lenskart,
      I purchases 2 of your john jacobs eye glasses few months back they are still under warranty. Both of them included thin lens (British optics) worth rs.1800 and the frame was worth rs. 4800. After 2 months of purchase both of the frames broke off and lens of one eyeglass gets weird marks after that i visited lenskart shop in sector 21 panchkula but they refused to do anything about it. Lots of my got wasted in these eyeglasses which i get to wear only for few weeks. Im highly disappointed with your service. Once i got refused by the store i tried to repair it myself thinking that there is no other way to make these specs worth the money i spent on them but repairing them didnt help at all... So tell me what can i do.. All i want is quick reply and satisfaction (My order id is #[protected])

        Respected sir/madam, i, rahim shaikh, bought spectacles from panvel branch on 11/04/2017. While traveling, the left side glass suddenly broke. I was assure about your excellent quality. But it failed to prove so. I hope you see this complaint and give replacement as soon as possible.
        I'm attaching the image and invoice copy of it.

        First thing i want to say
        Now in today's times the capitalism which is dominating in our country is making customer pay what they want whether it is very expensive
        Second thing these companies are strong enough to break the rules as no one can do anything if the supply cheap and low quality products
        Because they can cheat as they are sitting under a ghost platform no one can do anything regarding the product
        Third thing is that if this kind of capitalism dominates in our country, the day is not very far when the heads and ceos of these companies will become so much rich and powerful so that they can use this money to build their out private army
        Fourth thing these companies offshore their profits to support some illegal activities going in other countries
        Similar thing lead to the syrian civil war 7 years ago
        These firms are make huge amount of money while young population due to these employee and consumer harassing companies dominated lead to unemployment in the country led to protests and caused syrian civil war.
        The billionaires in the country are now supporting rebals and terrorist groups to arm them with the money collected by them using internet businesses such as lenskart and other kind of e-businesses
        So if we let these kind of businesses in our country to grow we are not far away from syria like situation

          Beware of lenskart. I did the first order in lenskart and found their quality of service & product is very poor. Immediately i cancelled my orders.

          Also, please beware of their terms and conditions of offer and product.
          There are hidden things, which i came to know only when i tried to cancel the order/product.

          Better go with branded company/products like titan & vision plus to have peaceful of buying genuine products.

                I bought these power glasses for my driver and gave it to him just 3 days back. After 2 days the glasses were chipped from where the frame was screwed into the glasses.
                The satyaniketan outlet (New delhi) told me it's not a manufacturing defect. Plz explain me something how can a glass get chipped side of the screw without getting chipped from sides
                And mind u both the glasses r chipped from exactly the same place

                  I have purchased the glass from online website on date 11/02/2018 and also return it within 7-14 days of purchased, but they still not refund the money in my account, its been almost over 2 month and they are closing the ticket without resolution,
                  Also there is no escalation matrix on the site to resolve the issue,
                  They should be now fine for so much delay in money refund
                  Very much dissatisfied with the service

                    I have purchased spectacles from lenskart (Order id: [protected]) on 28-may-17 and they are still on warranty. The specs are of very low quality and looked filthy even when i received it. I took it to the outlet after receiving the order and asked them to change this damaged product, but they assured e that the product will not have any issue and they will change it if ever the product created any problem. Not the product got damaged on its own at the same place about which i had raised the question at the time of purchase but the outlet is denying its responsibilities to rectify the issue.

                    The lenskart website should have mentioned on its website that no after sales services would be provided to its customers so that i wouldn't have bought it.

                      I have purchased one specs with power -0.25 and -0.50 from lenskart and i was using it for more than a year. This time i just had a check up of the same specs with one of the optician in my city i got to know that my specs has -0.50 and -0.75. I am very much disappointed to hear that and i just don't know how can you just play with these powers. I will definitely pass on this news to everyone i know including social media for sure.

                        My order i'd is 4899306. I have brought spectacles 4 months back. Today the frame has broken without any physical damage. Did not expect such a bad quality frame from lenskart which can't even give a life of 1 year. If possible try to get my spectacles repaired or else i would get spectacles from some other store which can offer me good quality spectacles.

                          I placed an home check up request in december' 2017. When a guy came for check up, i asked him to place an order under my mobile number for communication but he placed it under my brother's number to achieve his monthly target..

                          I placed an order of two specs @rs.4480/- on 23rd dec'17..

                          I was in the hurry to travel to hungary by jan 8th'2018.. I told him very clearly, i want the product to get deliver before of my travel date.. But lenskart people have canceled my order without any information or my confirmation.. That sales guy had registered my order under my brother's number so i haven't know about this..

                          When i check the reason for product delay with the sales guy, then only i came to know about the product cancellation.. Immediately he reordered the product and informed me that it will get delivered before my travel date.. But both the product got delivered only after 8th jan'18.. So i asked him to process refund.. Later no response from him.. I keep on calling him but he haven't respond me..

                          So i have written a mail for product pick up to lenskart directly.. Pick up guys are very cleaver than that sales guy... He picked up only one product.. Later my continuous follow up, that second product got picked up on 15th feb'18, finally i got an email confirmation for refund on that day and asked me to wait for 5- 10 working days...

                          But i haven't received the amount in my bank account... Later one month of that so called waiting time, i've written a mail again, suraj has replied me that he will reprocess the order and send it to hungary with additional 1000rs as shipping charges..

                          At that time i was unable to reply him with the address, since i was on travel, haven't check my mail.. When i'm returning from trip, another email received from lenskart stating that they are closing the ticket since i haven't respond them within 2 days.. They have closed this issue without resolving... I asked the explanation, how could you people can close the issue neither delivery my product nor refund my money.. Then they come up with another new story of store credit now.. It will take another 2-3 days to get credited in my account as they said.. But the issue, i haven't place the order from my personal lenskart account, that sales guy has placed it from his professional account.. Even that poor customer support people haven't realized that how could i get it from his lenskart account

                          Tell me, where i made a mistake here...
                          Sales guys denied to place my order with the same number in which i already requested for home check up for his beneficial.
                          Lenskart guys cancelled my order without any information
                          They delayed my new order
                          They made another mess in product pickup and delayed it for more than one month
                          They delayed to process refund for another one month
                          They are keep on sending an email stating that they forwarded my issue to concern team, but till now no proper response
                          They delayed to resolve a simple issue for more than 4 months

                          The only mistake is, i placed an order with lenskart that too with the help of that sales guy austin ([protected])

                          It is not a dress, accessories or something which i ordered.. My eye power has increased, i order spectacles for my emergency and basic need.. They are dragging this small issue to this many days.. If they could have inform me before, i could gave look for alternate also.. Already 4 months got over, they are holding my money for this many days

                            Hi team, i have purchased progressive glass for mom, she couldn't use it for couple of intial days as she had to stay away from our home town. However i trusted the brand and acknowledged that the glasses were ok. But later when i went back for change at lenscart uttarahalli branch, stating the glass has increased her number.. I was told there would be no replacement as such. I am very much dissatisfied with the brand.

                              I was purchased john jacobs frame with glasses in month of nov 2016.

                              Few days back when i was cleaning my glasses i observed some glass pieces coming out. Today i went to lenskart showroom located at nad, vizag. They had seen simply said that ur glasses shining was gone.

                              How would shining will be erased with in 1.6 years... It costs up to 4000 rupees

                                On 28th jan 2018 i went to above address for my eye sight check up n for new glasses n lenses... They checked my eyes and told that my number is still same... After my glasses n lenses came i felt that something wrong with my glasses... Because it was not clear vision... Then i went to local place for eye sight they told this is not my number... My number was increased... They gave me the same numb which i was using previously... The local doc told me to lodge a complaint against them... How these people who r unproffesional can make people fool... They r frauds... They r cheaters... N the way they talk to us very badly... Plssssssssssss do something... They r frauds

                                  I dont complaint about things happening around but this made me to write one.This might be helpful for those who are purchasing through lenskart. I have have returned "Polaroid sunglasses" costs Rs.2700.I got acknowledgement slip from the courier person as well. I expected the refund but it didnt come. Lenskart customer service informed that their logistics team received a different product and claiming that I gave that intentionally. I keep regular follow up on issue since last week of Jan'18. I have received a substandard/used cooler sent by lenskart and closed my complaint ticket as well. Its very unethical and never expected from lenskart team. I'm planning to return this one. Never knew they would do this to customers.

                                    Hi,
                                    I bought a pack of 6 from Aqualens-24 H Monthly Disposable- (quantity 2 packs) from Lenskart on 29 January 2018.
                                    Every time I use the lenses, my eyes turn red and have gunk. The first pair I used was thrown by me within 15 days and that too I did not use it everyday.
                                    Meanwhile I got my eyes checked and there was an increment in power of both the eyes. Current power-R 1.25; L 1.5 & earlier it was R 1 & L 1.25.br...

                                    The frame boasts of a years warranty but to my sheer amazement yesterday the temple snaps from the hinge out of the blue. I was disgusted but kept my patience and contacted the lenskart guys fahim at drc ghaziabad and informed them about this manufacturing defect. Instead of apologizing for the substandard product and service the center manager had the audacity to blame me as an irresponsible user and not only this, he went a step further pestering me to get it repaired from a local shop. I was completely bewildered and dumbfounded by lenskart's attitude.. A company which boasts so much about service and customer satisfaction. Relevant details with the picture of my frame. Expecting a swift response...

                                    Dear Dharmendra!! As per our telephonic conversation, we request you to allow us some time so that we can get the images checked with the concerned department and update you with the best possible resolution.
                                    A half rim frame (Black Red Half Rim Rectangle Vincent Chase Crayons VC 6-1030 Eyeglasses Product id 87544) was purchased in June 2017.
                                    The rubber part of the lens have deformed.
                                    Smoothness of the frame is lost.
                                    Its not even a year but the product has lost its quality.
