[Resolved] Lenskart — broken specs

I purchased spectacles from lenskart one month ago. It got broke so i went to the lenskart store to check if it is replaceable, they asked me submit specs and told me that they will revert back by mail as soon as possible. It's about 1.5 weeks i haven't got any email and i call them everyday they just simply that we'll connect back to you in 10 to 15 minutes.

Lenskart Customer Care's response Dear Narasimha as we discussed, the scratches not cover under warranty. However, we have offered you 25% discount coupon of your defective product. Please use the 25% discount coupon till 30th June 2018. Please visit store to place an order and contact us if you will not able to use the same as per given date, we will increase the validity of your discount coupon. The same lens package not available. However, you can avail the upgraded lens packages.

Further, you can also place an online order for your prescribed lenses because we could not leave you without eyeglass for a long.
