Updated by 29Vinay The online service of the Lenskart is appreciable as they have really tried their best in providing the solution which can be accepted the customer, but the kind of service your store employees provide seemslike they have no relation with the customer and treats customer ruthlessly and ignorantly.
Yesterday i.e. 10/03/18, I visited your store regarding issue of my powers which i was facing due to wrong prescription which was given to me by the Lenskart Store (Ambedkar Nagar Ghaziabad). I went there and asked the reason for wrong prescription and they just asked me to ignore the issue and asked me not to question regarding the power issues i was facing, The technician (Neeraj) along with the store manager ( Akram ) didn't provided me any proper explanation and was ready to misbehave with the me. I even warned him about his arrogant and stubborn behavior and requested him to be polite enough and solve my issue along with providing proper explanation for the power mismatch.
later to this discussion, The allegation which were made by the store manager were not at all acceptable and is not easy for the customer to accept in any way. He blamed the customer for cheating and was ready to fight at that particular moment itself.i know, how i have saved myself from the argument and how i have tried to maintain the peace and decorum of the place. he even threatened me and asked me not to ask anything further otherwise i will be facing serious issues.
Now, i feel threatened and is seriously looking for the police case now, I am going to lodge a FIR against this Store and lenskart and will try to take this matter further into legal matters.
Now, I am waiting for the lenskart for any revert otherwise i will go with my own plans and will try to handle every step legally.
How the hell, this lenskart can threaten any customer and provide this kind of bad and pathetic service for such investment.
Seriously looking for revert as soon as possible.
