My order number:[protected], i have purchased it online on december 5th 2017 for my mother, and received in good condition after 2months o[censored]se it's washers are loosen because it's a rimless lenses so i went to lenskart store in vijayawada on 8th feb 2018, and submitted it for repair the executive in store checked the condition of lenses before he is going to accept for repair, next day evening he called me said the left temple rim is broken, he sent mail to lenskart that he received a damaged product for repair. Now the frame is broken by lab technicians and the replacement is also put on hold. Still now i haven't received any call from concerned department or supervisor. They are playing games with me. I'm dam sure it is in perfect condition at the time of submittion. If the rim is already broken how the loosen washers hold the lens and frame together?. They are not trusting the words of their customers they are trusting the words of their lier store people. I have all data recorded with me (Voice calls, chats, mails) my lenses are still in vijayawada lenskart store. This is the address of that store. Vijayawada

Updated by Krishnaprasad Pativada I don't need any gift card I need my lenses back in perfect condition like at the time of my submission. I need resolution within 24hours whether you follow the store team or what ever you do is upto you, I need my lenses back. Breaking lenses is your good will?. Tomorrow I'm going to approach consumer forum according to section 12 to file case on you. For cheating. You people just listening to the words of store people but you are listening to my words. They are saying lens is not broken at of submittion it was broken at lab they said I have the call record data too. But they replied to you that it was already broken at time of submittion they are playing two type of words on two sides.
