[Resolved] Lenskart — cancelled my gold membership | |||
As per my purchase with lenskart, i received mail about my gold membership. As of now lots of company like amazon, netflix and others are offering free membership, i assumed that lenskart offer me and confirmed their gold membership to me via mail. Once i used that mail to go for shopping, i received discount as gold member that confirm that i have working gold membership. Once i place order and paid money, they cancel order and asking me to pay for gold membership. It is very dirty practice and illegal tactics to fool consumer. Once you authorized person's gold membership and confirm via mail, how come you cancel it and ask for money, once customer used it and pay money for order. This is back door blackmailing to get more money from customer. I attached screenshot of my gold membership. Wish i will get proper answer from such company who try to rip off ci Customer.
