Lenskart — cancelled order without valid reason

Got mail that I am become gold member and have privileged to buy one get one free.
I ordered and paid money as their application mentioned.
After that they asked more money for gold membership which I got it as promotion in my mail. Once they send mail of gold membership how come and booked order according to that how come they cancelled it.

Once I paid, received call and said me they can not process my order because, I have to pay money for gold membership. I asked about mail and why they sending mail and stated that i am become gold member and encourage me to place a order and than after getting money, try to make more money from me. Total false marketing game.

Updated by vspanchal67 I received more than 7 calls from different department and everyone telling me they will look in to this matter and will back to me and nothing happened.
Everytime new person called and telling me that he or she will going to take care of this matter and get back to me in 24 hours but no reply after that.
They don't have any serious attitude and willingness to solve this complaint.
Worse experience ever and still waiting for resolution.
Be careful to deal with lenskart.
Awaiting rwply from company and solution of my order.

Updated by vspanchal67 After repeated follow up and constant call and email, Lenskart support person agreed on mistake from their side and offer same value of discounted gold membership gift voucher so I can use that one. It is paiful journey to get things done with such a company which deal with eyes and playing with people.
