Lenskart — cancelled order without valid reason | |||||
Got mail that I am become gold member and have privileged to buy one get one free. I ordered and paid money as their application mentioned. After that they asked more money for gold membership which I got it as promotion in my mail. Once they send mail of gold membership how come and booked order according to that how come they cancelled it. Once I paid, received call and said me they can not process my order because, I have to pay money for gold membership. I asked about mail and why they sending mail and stated that i am become gold member and encourage me to place a order and than after getting money, try to make more money from me.
