[Resolved]  Lenskart — Cheat custom by providing wrong information before buying a product

Address: Infront of Hotel Savera, Rewa Road, next to Shagun Sarees, Madhya Pradesh 485001

I had purchased 2 specs from lenskart satna Madhya Pradesh in Last lockdown 10 may 2020 the Shopkeeper told us about the insurance policy in which he told us that with in 1 year if your specs is break it get repaired free of cost no extra charge is pay ... when my specs glass is break I went to shop then shopkeeper say you have to pay 60-70 % of the original amount of the specs even that specs is with in insurance.. first' the provide the wrong information they never told this thing that we have to pay even the insurance is there ..the some how delay are request and ask me to pay other wise nothing is possible ...now due to lockdown my insurance is over now ..then what should I do ...it all mistake of Shop keep your service is very bad why coustom Take specs from lenskart because it is good nic, give us quality and perfection but I am very disappointed from your service you all cheat coustom before buying a product provide a wrong information ...take some action against Shopkeeper and repair my specs in free of cost because it's not are mistake then why I have to pay for it.
I hope you take action against it as soon as possible because I am facing lot of problems without my specs.
