I have purchased 2 glass with frame from lenskart near Victoria college, Palakad, Kerala showroom in December . But within 2 month, one of that frame broken. I had given that frame to showroom for repairing but they told me that they can not do anything what only can do change the whole set and it costs almost same of the new one. Although service was good while purchasing new frame, service afterwards is really not satisfactory.
So please do the needful.

As I visited the showroom at Palakkad and requested for the repair which was denied and I was convinced to order another pair which is just creating volume. Your people utilised the situation for more business. It's nothing but cheating in all sense.

Lenskart need to improve the way service is provided. I am a gold member and has been purchasing for a while. But that was an annoying experience.

Training has to be given for those who deal the customer. Please do the needful soon as possible.

    I have never subscribed for SMS from them. And I also do not hold Lenskart account. DND is activated for my number but still I get their SMS so frequently. I have visited their website but do not find any way to unsubscribe their.

      Scratches on

      I purchase 2 pair of eyeglasses from lenskart with their highest quality lenses with anti scratch and anti break..my order id is [protected] order date 1 dec 2021. now i used my glasses properly.since i have 2 pairs i use in at office and 1 at home and even after that my so called anti scratch lenses are heavily scratched within 4-5 months of light usage. Lenskart kindly take a note of the same and provide me some relief as it is plain cheating...

      LENSKART has not been responding to the email requesting for refund. The refund process LINK that LENSKART issued through a 3rd party CASHGRAM id-f05148899d5211eba7a4efb0f24757f7-57 has no mention about expiry dates and when I tried it didnt worked.

      When the issue was flashed to CASHGRAM they were prompt in advising to reach out to [protected]@lenskart.com and I did so multiple times.

      Request to take up on priority as the AMOUNT is due from LENSKART since March 2021.

        I received the replacement of my lenses with order Id [protected] for my complaint against order number [protected] today. But I am not at all satisfied with the product i have received, in fact i am anguished after seeing it. Right from the beginning i told my right eye lens is thick and needs to be replaced with thinner lens(which should of the same thickness that of left eye lens), Now in the product i received my left eye lens has been replaced with a more thicker lens compared to the right one. now it is more uncomfortable due to different thickness and ugly as well because the thicker soda bottle like lens of left eye is unpolished. This is absolute negligence. Instead of making the replacement better, you have made the specs worst now. I am surely escalating this matter with concerned consumer entities. I have wasted too much time with lenskart people for no use.

          I was facing stress and headache so i went to lenskart for eyetest dated 15 january..that time they gave me a number prescripyion for far sight only. i had ordered a pair of spectacles. and spent approx 4000 rupees.

          the problem didnt resolved, i was struggling continuous with stress and headache. iwent multiple times for number check again, but unfortunatley sometime there was rush in store and sometime refractonist was not available and it could not happen.

          i went one more time and i went throgh eye checkup, this time they have make an addition of near sight number also. they have added +0.75 number in both eyes.

          Now again it is required to go for progressive lenses, and again i need to spend more 4000 to 5000 rupees.

          what is my fault in this. Please resolve my problem and change my specales lenses without any cost.

            I ordered Progressive glasses before lockdown from R Mall Mulund
            despite the technician taken the measurements the lens and number are incorrect, which is causing me too much trouble
            I cant see my laptop screen properly

                I ordered spects for my Son on Monday. He is 7 years old. Has extreme high power which can be checked from records. I repeatedly requested for early delivery as he is almost blind without spects and his spects are accidentally broken. After 4 days the same is not yet delivered and in website delivery date is reflecting as 8th may. Does it take 12 days for a spects delivary within kolkata. Kindly help with earliest delivery as my little son is terribly suffering.

                  Non-Delivery of Product
                  Resspected sir/ma'am, This is to inform you that I had placed an order for vision spectacles on 16/04/2021. But lenskart automatically cancelled the order on 17/04/2021 siting technical issues on their end. I would like to point out that once an order has been placed then it is binding upon the merchant to fulfill the order and they cannot cancel it without the buyers permission as per the law which they have clearly violated in this case. When I confronted them that why my order was cancelled then they said that I should place a fresh order but placing a fresh order is costing me Rs. 1000 more. Lenskart is using very phony techniques to lure customers to their website by showing huge discounts but when anyone places an order then they just cancel it and ask for Rs. 1000 more. This is blatant extortion. I would like to request lenskart to please deliver my product at the original cost that I had placed it, since after placing an order the order cannot be cancelled without the agreement of both the parties which was clearly not taken in this case. Hence they are breaking a very big law.

                          I Bought a computer glass from lenskart dated on 10/03/2021
                          Abhishek was the eye wear expert direct me for the purchase as a lenskark representative.
                          after several discussion i bought a computer glass with order ID [protected].
                          Then I payed particular amount through online.
                          4 days later the product received (14/10/2021)
                          After received I realize the trap behind marketing, they were added golden membership card without my Knowledge.

                          I didn't expect from lenskart.
                          It is non recommendable purchaser

                            I had purchased two progressives glasses under gold membership of buy one get one free. I was told it has blue block. I was not satisfied and exchanged the glasses with one for far vision and one for near. I was asked to change one of my selection of frames by the Lenskart executive who gave a technical reason for the same. However, I was not happy with the clarity of lens and returned both to Lenskart but I haven’t got the money back. The frame which I was asked to choose by the Lenskart executive does not come under refund. On contacting the customer care, I was assured of prompt refunds for both the glasses but haven’t got it yet. I almost write daily to Lenskart and call them but to no avail. My ticket number is 12526493

                            Lenskart has still not resolved the issue. They keep on calling me saying that they need 24 hours to look into the matter which has been happening since I lodged the complaint. Now they do not even acknowledge the receipt of the 2nd glass that i have returned though i have given all the proofs that I had of the link sent for refund ( which of course did not work) after they received the 2nd pair. It is very frustrating to have lost the money as well as the glasses.

                              I order 2 spectacles on 23rd april i have already done the payment on 23rd at 3pm..its been almost 48 hours still it shows payment is pending. and i just check the bank they said amount got debited...i contacted to lenskart support system still the issue is not solved yet!

                                  Lens power change

                                  I have ordered 2 john jacobs specs from lenskart, I correctly add the 2 power, after nigh i just check the order the power they mention in the specs is wrong and it changed, at night i can't contact customer care then morning i contact them, they says the product is shipped they can't do anything, after says they will recall the product and wait for 6 days, actually i don't have time, it makes irresponsibility form your side, even they don't...

                                  I had purchased 2 specs of John Jacob from M2K rohini from - Dheeraj [protected]. After sometime accidentally sticks of one frame was damaged. Rohini Store Staff was totally rude & said we don't repair the frame and can't do anything. I have to go to local shop for repairing.
