Lenskart is taking abnormal time in delivery of spectacle. Lena kary expert is not advising proper frame and thereafter telling that power 8s not fitted with frame. I placed the order on 31st July 2021 but delivery of proper spectacle has not been done.

It has also been seen that there is no higher authorities to escalate the grievances of the customer which is resulting abnormal delay and no concrete action is taken which may cause embarrassing situation for the customer.

Details of the order ID are as follows-

Please note that all the above orders have been placed which was replaced or cancelled just because of wrong advice of Lenskart expert advice over phone duly sharing the screen. Most surprising and negligence of the Lenskart representative advised the re-order the item on 12.08.2021 which was expect to deliver on or before 29.08.2021 and now today I.e. 17.08.2021, they again informed that frame is not proper and casually told me to cancel the order and reorder once again.

It is absolutely poor service is provided by LENSKART as it has completed 18 days and order is now expected to be delivered on 24.08.2021 . It is very disgusting customer grievances redressal system exit with LENSKART and no one is interesting to resolve the issue . Such situation is creating embarrassment for the customer which is not affordable. Can I assi.e that LENSKART is taking 1 month to deliver the spectacle.

VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER DEALING AND DELIVERY IS STILL EXPECTED. KINDLY HELP.

I am just following this issue with customer care of Lenskart but it has been experienced that causing approach has been shown till date and resulting proper spectacle is yet to be delivered by LENSKART as against order placed on 31.07.2021.

What urgency you are understanding? Rather than expressing your views towards urgency, Lenskart should review the Utter response causing Abnormal delay in the Matter. More surprisingly, no one has even contacted in the matter and delivery date is gradually extended. PLEASE NOTE THAT INITIAL ORDER DATE IS 31.07.2021, Is LENSKART is treating urgency in this way.

    I ordered contact lenses from Lenskart website and made payment through net banking. My money got deducted but order failed but my money is not being refunded.

    This is clear fraud company.

    They are just taking our hard earned money.

      Dear lenskart team,
      I had a worst experience with your brand as many others I also had a different image of lenskart by seeing your advertisements and promotions and when in reality I experienced it everything seems false and fake. Earlier on 7th august I went to lenskart store situated inside rajiv chowk metro station when I choosed my desired frame and lens and just enquired about the eye test at first place staff was not at all welcoming still I ignored and asked the girl for my eye test she don't want to do it and said it will take long still I said ohk but how much she said 20 min still I waited 20 min then I asked her again she said it will take time I again waited and let me clarify here your staff was not at all busy there only two customer including me and both customer looking for eye test again when I asked her after half n hour she said my shift is over now come some other day.wowwww what a treatment you guys show so much advertisement regarding eye test and waited 1 hour and even didn't provide service which you are supposed to provide even when I am ready to pay after that today I booked a home eye test from lenskart from 11.am to 1 pm slot even after confirming my address that guy didn't come and again wasted my whole day I especially took half-day from my office for this. Is this the usual behaviour o[censored]r brand and staff. Did you guys even monitor your staff or just fooling people with your fake advertisements and promises.I want the lenskart to take strict action against such ignorance of their staff and looking forward for the answer from lenskart as I am now not going to ignore it as every person's time is precious and valuable and when I booked home test it means it is urgent and when customer urgency needs are neglected like this by brands like you it is very bad and require action if not by you then surely by the customer who is misleaded ignored and misguided.

        I had purchased a spectacle with lens for my son two years back. Unfortunately the handle is broken, when I went to lenskart shop at Gorabazar, Dumdum, they inform the fram is not available and neither the lens is fitting in any frame. So I have to get a totally new set of lens and frame.
        Now is this the service suport from lenskart.
        Do you I have to give a fress order every two to three year I case I have broken some thing.
        My son's studies are getting affected due to not able to wear the spectacles.
        I would request to please resolve my issue urgently.

          I have purchased 4 frames glass have became vapourised and after washing also it's not going.

          When I went to store I didn't get proper feedback or proper answer from service and lack in service from store.

            Very poor service from lenskart, i had ordered john jacobs frame with anti glass. They have sent defective pieces and when I try to exchange they are charging more money for the same piece. Really don't buy from here….

              Are you kidding me? I just bought a lens for 1500 rupees and it said that i could get one for FREE but guess what? Think about my surprise when i see the final bill and it shows me the actual price of both the lens which had been hidden in the form of buy one get one, you people are actual daylight frauds, i am gonna lodge a complaint if this isnt going to get fixed, gold membership my ###, if this isnt gonna get fixed, im done with lenskart, and and keep this up and you will have no CUSTOMERs left to buy your ###

                So I had ordered two spectacles from your store recently. I had not got my order from one and half week. And the people who had taken the order had said that our order will come by 5 to 6 days. After 6 days I had called the customer service number and they said the lens had not been arrived. The worker had given wrong Information that the spectaculs had been exchanged lens so it might take more 4 to 5 days to arrive. So after waiting again for 4 days we had got a message that my order has arrived in the store and please collect it. I even confirmed my order with customer service and confirmed it. But when I to the the store collect my order the worker had said its not arrived yet. So your worker are not at all kind to the customer. The worker had scolded me and even asked my age for scolding me which personal. That worker has no right to ask my age. I have even got the gold membership which said fast delivery for the membership. So there is proof that you people will give fast delivery. And the worker who works there doe's even know about the benefits of the gold membership. He got doubt I was lying.
                So you company has the worst workers who are not kind to the customers and ask personal information about them.
                So I want your Company to take this seriously and look in it.

                  Against this Appointment Number[protected], the eye testing person visited my place during lock down and suggested me a wrong power, depending upon this power I made a glass from Lenskart outlet, but as the glass power is wrongly prescribed, my eye got damaged for irresponsible act of Lenskart unprofessional eye testing, and the outlet and customer care, both are not cooperating with me. Hence there is no option left for me except consult a legal personnel. This act of Lenskart is utterly unprofessional and irresponsible.

                    Hie im from Tamilnadu (chennai). Actually i was riding my bike at 20-30 kmph, i took a u turn, all of a suddern my glasses fall unfortunately. within few seconds a car drove on it . My new glasses broke into pieces. I got those glasses one month ago, im very dipressed with my glass, i dnt know what to do. Please take this issue serious. Because in showrooms they are not responding properly

                      I went to this outlet 2 times for eye test each time I go the people are having lunch day -1 I went around 4.15 pm, at that time they said they are having lunch and told be that I was rush so they are having lunch late . Then after 2 days I went again today they are still saying that they can’t do the eye test as they are having lunch . I have went to other outlet of Lenskart in Dwarka, RK Puram sector-8 market and Gaur mall they all are so good and staff is so professional. But this Center is really bad and have bad service .They made me to switch to some other optics for my glasses

                        I did book appointment for home eye check up service for ma parents on Monday 27th July, post check I did ask power details with the optician, he denied saying he cannot give, I would be sent a message on it to my number, however i haven't received it, I did wait for 24 hours, later I connected with customer care through Chat on app n I eat connected with an agent named Priya, she was not able to resolve ma concern n have been copy pasting the same apology statement n asked me to wait for 24-48hrs again n later after ma reply on it she did not respond...
                        This was very disappointing n just cox of you guys not sharing the power details, making the glasses of ma parents is being delayed...
                        I don't understand the point in giving such low home service...
                        Hoping my issue would be resolved on priority..

                          I have ordered aqua lens(lens cleaner liquid) during the purchase of my glasses, but I still haven't recieved the product frome store and it's been 2 months.
                          Whenever I call and enquiry the store keeper tells the product is not available.
                          Then why did he take the order when it is in stock.
                          So please kindly deliver the product or refund my money back.

                            My Order Date Is 19th July. I Have Provided All The Necessary Information Including Eye-Power Prescription. It Was Supposed To Be Delivered By 27th July.
                            I Contacted Lenskart To Look Why It Is Not Delivered. In Return I Get This Bizarre Explanation That My Prescription Is Computerised Which Is Not Accepted By Lenskart.
                            I Asked For The Policy Details That Where It Has Written That We Can Not Upload The Image Of Computerised Prescription Since They Ask It In Image Format.
                            Interestingly, The Prescription Was Provided By Lenskart Store(Mirzapur, Darbhanga) As I Got My Eyes Checked There Itself. At The Store I Was Clearly Told That I Need To Upload This Prescription While Placing The Order.
                            So Either Lenskart Store Or Lenskart Customer Representative Is Making The False Statement.
                            After A Week Delay They Are Arranging A Call With Power-Check Team Which Is Also Not Yet Placed.
                            I Am Filing This Case For The Section Of Fraudulent And Misleading The Customer For Money Withholding.

                              I placed an order on 3rd July and received following message:-
                              Order Placed at Lenskart.com: Lenskart Air Online Eyeglasses . Ref: [protected] for Rs 3584.00. Partial items may be dispatched in different shipments for faster delivery. Estimated delivery by 10 Jul 2021.

                              Today on 22 July I am still waiting for delivery.

                              Now when I again called the store I received following message:-
                              Refund of Rs 3584.0 against your Lenskart order #[protected] for Lenskart Air Online Eyeglasses has been processed through StoreCredit. (1Store Credit = Rs.1).

                              Kindly stop wasting my time. Why do you think that I would be interested in running around your store again. Please refund my money in my account as soon as Possible.

                              Very high standards of poor service Lenskart.

                              Kindly stop this torture now.

                                I had a home appointment with lenskart on 22.06.2021. I had received this message from Lenskart "Upcoming Appointment : Your [protected]@Home appointment #[protected] is scheduled for today at 03:00 PM - 05:00 PM. You can reach our Refractionist Veer Singh at [protected]. To reschedule, click http://lnskt.co/CmwsB8ZG".

                                The eye test was conducted by Mr. Singh and when asked for report, he replied that Lenskart will send it on my mail.

                                It has been a month and I have not received it till today. Had made various complaints to Lenskart but it is useless.

                                Refund me the amount paid by me if you cannot provide proper service.

                                As usual, everything bogus here, no product details - looks like now a days customer Eye reading too hidden - How the customers has trust.
                                Did any one notice hidden rules by Lenskart NO product Details, No warranty on frames / Lens (read conditions) Never ever get satisfactory .
                                Get he hell out of Nonsence.

                                  I ordered a power glass with a frame for my kid and payment was done online which was successful. I had two different orders and both the payment was successful wherein I already got charged and it was billed to me my bank as well. I was supposed to receive the order on 19-July but on 18-July I received an SMS saying that the order is delayed due to quality checks and when I checked with Lenskart they said due to stringent quality checks the order is delayed and will be delivered within 4-5 days. And today, on 22-July I received a new SMS stating that my order is canceled and upon checking with the Lenskart support team I am informed that the payment was not successful. I had done two payments on that day so how come they have received one payment and another they did not receive. They are liars and trying to hide something. I was informed on 18-July that the order is delayed due to Quality checks and after two days they are saying that payment has not been received. This is simply unacceptable.

                                  But this is not right. They have claimed the amount and then after 10 days they are informing me that payment is not received. There is something fishy as they are trying to hide their mistake.

                                    I am a LENSKART GOLD MEMBER and i have not received my refund due of Rs 10, 300 even after 3 weeks.

                                    Registered complaint number 12984665. I have called customer support 3 times in past 3 weeks . Customer care attendents were Vaibhav, Kajal and Abhinav. I am not getting any support on my refund money on empty promises.

                                    Lenskart Home eye testing person Brijesh ( +91 [protected]) is giving assurance of refund but no refund has come so far. He is asking me to talk to supervisor ( Siddhart Sharma mobile number - [protected]) who has never called me in the past 3 weeks to find out problem i am facing. When i call Siddhart his number is always busy and he doesnt call back.

                                    Should i log a complaint with Consumer court for not paying back my 10, 300 refund amount ?

Nobody responds properly.[protected] got a call from Amir from this number, trying to at least get a refund but each time the person he has messaged the agent he will initiate refund but that doesn't happen.                                         I am writing you to request consideration of my complaint against lenskart for not delivering my product on time.

                                        At first I went to the lenskart store at Borivali Mumbai.I wanted to buy two products from them but due to unavailability they asked to order the same product via app and I'll be getting a proper delivery for the same.

                                        I had got one item which was computer glasses and the other was a Vincent chase sungoogles which is yet to be delivered.

                                        I am submitting some chats which had been in between me and them. They assure me they are trying their best but I felt like like cheated as I had ordered the thing a way long back and still it's not been delivered.

                                        I am sharing necessary details for the same

                                        I wanted it to get by today as the product was for my father.

                                        They are not reverting me properly on the delay and dispatch details and resons for delay.

                                        Sometimes they are saying that it is under quality checks and now past 4 days it's current update is on it's way but still I haven't got delivered.
