[Resolved] Lenskart — colour faded and frame broken even after taking good care of glasses and gentle use | |||
My order ID is [protected] I brought John Jacob frame thinking that it would be of good quality and would long last than other cheap frames but despite of careful use the frame's colour started fading after 1 month and now after 3-4 months the frame got cracked. Now Lenskart are refusing to do after sale service. As per Lenskart policy colour fading is covered under warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
