I did placed a order on 13th May 2020 and my order id is : #[protected]. Product details:

Product ID: 140718
Color: Matte Black
Qty: 1

I was using it since 2020 but today I visited lenskart Store in crown interiorz mall, Faridabad to purchase sunglasses then i said to lenskart employee to check my Eye lenses and Frame which is purchase by lenskart. They checked it and said it's not purchased by lenskart then i shared my all related documents to employee and they checked it and found it's purchased by our online portal but this frame is not Vincent Chase which is ordered by you. I am still using this frame which should be replaced on immediate basis.

After that I shared lenskart person details and chat on whatsapp who were dealing with me from lenskart.
