My name is Rakesh Sharma, this is the first time that I am appalled and horribly harassed as I had to go through the disastrous experience of placing two orders from your company.

1. They delivered a sub standard ill fitting sunglasses, I placed a return request and then I got a message stating that their courier service is not available in my pincode, so the item will not be picked up. Then I called the customer service and one horrible customer service agent Shrinkla Dhiman, spoke to me and harassed me stating that she will do me a great favor by arranging a order return pick up to be done, however they will not refund the money and I can only get a Lenskart Credit. The second item of my order is not yet delivered, however I have to wait till it gets delivered and then place a return request and then they process the entire order return and then if I am lucky, I will get my money back. Isn't this harrassment and compelling the customers to keep your sub standard and fake products.
2. I will give you 48 hours to sort it out and my money to be refunded, else I will take you to the consumer forum and make sure I will write about how horrible your company is and how you manipulate customers to buy your cheap sub standard products and then make the return procedure a trauma.
