I purchased contact lens when I wearing in my eye starts becoming red and eye becomes dry and contact lens r thick it is not smooth...

Ordered and paid money however now Lenskart is saying cant deliver

Ordered on 10th Feb and Lenskart promised to deliver on 14th Feb however not delivered. When I called customer care number on 16th and 17th Feb they says that “product not available, we will cancel the order order”.

I need my lens and not money.. pls help

Lenskart Wrong product received

My lenskart order ID is [protected]. I have ordered lenskart eyeglasses and John Jacobs sun power sunglasses on 6 Feb 2022. the order got delivered on 12 Feb 2022 via Kerryindevexpress. Product outer polybag was damaged. The product was received but is a different/wrong product which I have not ordered. I have called lenskart on the same day in the night but the IVR system says the lenskart representative is available only from 9 AM to 9 PM...

I didn't receive product

I ordered spects from lenskart..in 2018 ..i didn't recieve spects ...i went to store where I ordered.but those are giving reckless answers..they r not responding..my registered mobile no.[protected]..can u plz respond .....

Fraud at your guntur store

I ordered glasses at guntur store, I didn’t recieve the bill, the power of the lenses is completely wrong, when asked they’re not responding properly.
I paid 3000 for my lenses...

Long waiting for customer service

Good Noon,
It is sorry to inform that lenskart offer insufficient services, I with my family visited 2-3 times at lenskart store jail road Delhi for specs and eyes test . Everytime they asked for more than 1:30hrs waiting for eyes test, we requested for appointment still they are not listening the problem and asked to wait. It is difficult to visit everytime and wait for 2 long. They should have given appointment to respect customer...

Staff rudeness and misbehavior in the store

I have visit Lenskart store in Madhapur (vishruth optics) the employee behavior is very rude towards customer handling and response about the product doubt and clarification about the product. I am not happy with service we gold customer we take or visit the store frequency of lenskart I am not happy with employee name (Pooja).

Kindly I would like to bring under kind note, I dont want to see this kind of issue in store please...

Do not refund to my original payment method

My order number is [protected]. I paid from upi. But due to some reason i cancel it. Why the refund process in store credit. I want my money to my original payment method.. i want my money back to my bank. Lenskart company does not answer me at all in this issue.Please solve this as soon as possible....

Sell execute

Today, I have visited at Lenkart Chandkheda, and feel that sell execute response is not proper.
Or u can say attentiveness of customer is very poor and rude.
Even that behavior is not so good and realized me uncomfortable.
Require action on this employee for rude and unapproachable behavior.
I hope this will not happen again with any customer....

ticket no. 14383084.

i got sms confirmation from john jacobs and emails from lenskart. lenskart app is only showing gold membership, no details about my order.

now when i want to enquire about my order lenskart told me talk to john jacobs and john jacobs told me...

Refund of cancelled product

Order id - [protected]
I had ordered an eye glass of Rs 1210/- and payment of it was failed from my side twice, but third time i have paid them sucessfully but still they are telling payment is not recieved and were not placing my order
So I decided to cancel the order and get the refund
But again they are not processing the refund amount
I have also shared my bank statement
But still nothing has happened...

Dirt resistant eye lens

I have bought John Jacobs eyeglasses with dirt resistant eyeglasses with Order Id [protected]. But these are not of good quality at all. I am working from home and still I have to clean these again and again....

Refund not credited even after waiting for given given timeline

I have returned my order [protected] on 25yh January and they said that refund is initiated from their side on 27th January and wait for 48 hours to receive money but more than 4 days have passed and money is not credited in my upi account till now...

Product not delivered To My address

My order is showing as delivered. But I didn't recieve item. I contacted customer care. They are not solving the issue, they are telling its delivered.

How can I prove that its not delivered? They need to prove me that its delivered to correct address.

Please check and solve the issue....

Attitude problems

HORAMAVU outlet attenders and store manager Fahad did not even have the courtesy to come and help us in buying 2 pairs of glasses because we spoke to them in Kannada later came to know they did not know our language i spoke to them in English and asked them to help us in buying the glasses but in vain, i had to leave the store, and they were least bothered, finally i bought glasses from BANASWADI outlet where subash attended us....

Kothagudem Lenskart outlet/ worst service

I purchased 2 sets of spects 6 months back worth Rs.15000 at Kothagudem, Bhadradri kothagudem(dt), Telangana vide Order No.[protected] and my mobile no: [protected]. My spects lens coating got peel of and scratches on glasses.. I handed over in store on 18.1.2022 for replacement. They promised that it will be get it donw with in a week. But not yet recieved yet. Order not executed even after 12 days

Hi,

I Am balaji Udhayakumar

Initially i ordered a power sun glass in lenskart app and my order I'd is [protected].

After placing the order and power details entered I got a call from lenskart team and has been informed the particular glass won't support with high cylindrical power.

So their sales person Ms. Bhawna Meena, (Emp no 69222) contacted me and shown some ranges of power...
