I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your store located in Omaxe Connaught Place, Greater Noida.

I had purchased two pairs of glasses from Lenskart this past winter. One of them, which I use regularly, had a loose temple (stick). On 26th June, I visited the above-mentioned store at around 9:28 PM to get it fixed. However, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff present.

When I requested to tighten the stick, the staff member curtly told me that the shop was closed. I mentioned that the closing time is usually 10 PM, but instead of responding politely, he rudely asked, “What’s the problem?” I explained the issue, after which he took the glasses and bent the stick without showing any courtesy. He then handed them back to me aggressively and said, “Try it.” I asked him again to tighten the screw, and though he did something, I am not sure if it was properly fixed.

Even now, the issue is not resolved — both sticks of the glasses do not rest properly on a flat surface, indicating improper alignment or loosening again.

I felt disrespected and humiliated by the staff's tone and behavior. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a brand like Lenskart. I request you to kindly look into this matter, take appropriate action against the concerned staff, and help resolve my glasses issue properly.
