Denial of repair of my spec frame purchased 1.5 yrs back even after I agree to pay

I am writing frm gurgaon sec 49. I visited the store near my house which is at eros city sqaure. The staff was in such a denial mode and rude enough to not give a proper explanation.
Mu frame is 1.5 yrs old and he mentioned tht it has caught RUST in the screw of the frame!!!

Surprisingly this is the first time my LENSKART eye frame has ever got rusted.

He hasn’t given me any reason why this has happend...

Insurance gor rejected

My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM'. Tried to contact the customer care but there is no response.

I have bought 2 specs from lenskart on 17th Jan 2023 along with insurance. One of the specs is kind of broken, unusable and got scratches on it. Raised a request for another specs to insurance but its rejected....

Refund is not transfer to bank account

I am order blucut goggle but I feel uncomfortable.. then I refunded google .. in application clearly write money is transferred to bank account but then after few day I got a MSG from lenscart money is added to your lenskart credit score .. to use next shoping this code .. my is not transfer my account 😐😐...

Broken specs frame

My specs frame broke from one side after having a crack on it within 3 months of its purchase, the sales person on the store refused to repair or replace it, despite of the fact that it has a 1 year warranty. Please help me, so that my specs gets repaired or replaced and having the better quality product this time....

Warranty claim

I have claimed warranty on my specs which had its frame split and i was told by the executive on phone the refund will be processed to the original payment method and the refund will be of the original amount i paid then
I claimed my insurance in that 1 year period and paid accordingly for a replacement ₹358
But it was not the amount i paid for the specs it was merely the amount i have to pay for insurance claim

Product returned - Refund Not processed

I had ordered a pair of eyeglasses from lenskart (order ID [protected]) and requested for return the same day it was delivered. The return pick up was done two days later on July 2nd. Since then there is no sign of processing of the refund. Every time I check the return status, the refund processing date gets pushed by at least one day. Today it is showing as 19th July. This is atrocious. Please have the refund initiated as soon as possible....

Charged extra and also broke frame

We had purchased 2 glasses and the sales person in the RTNagar shop didnt mention anything about insurance only told us about warranty. when we received the glasses along with the invoice we noticed that there is amount charged for insurance. We visited the shop and complaint to the person / manager and they misbehaved and spoke so rudely they went to the extend of telling us why did we purchase from them.

Product is out of stock

I have already buy a product but it has a problem so I returned it yesterday but today I attempt to order the same product but it showed me that the item is out of stock. I want the product. Very poor condition of Lenskart. I am very disappointed....

One year warranty claim

An exchange order has been created under warranty claim for order id [protected] product id is 143576. I am asking for the replacement of the same product i.e 143576 or 207652 (both are of same price) but lenskart executive Miss Shruti refused it by saying that the price has been increased so I won't be able to get the replacement even with the same product 143576 nor the another and I will have to pay price difference for the replacement...

Refund is not received even after 11 days of refund initiation.

I had cancelled order #[protected] on 24th June, 2023. For this the refund of ₹5339 was initiated and when enquired, was told I will get the refund by 29th June. I didn't receive on 29th, then again enquired about it and asked for UTR number, they were not giving it and promised to do the refund within 4th July. Then again contacted lenskart on 4th, they told within 24 hrs you will get the refund. But till now I didn't get either the refund...

Poor response in delivery

Not Refunded

I have ordered lens from offline stroe then on the same day I have cancelled my order but since that day I have not received my refund amount it's been 6days since cancelled the when I try ask them the only answer i am getting is it's intiated from our side.they won't even respond properly

Product warranty

I purchased one aspect for my son, but frame's color became faded, it is under warranty. As per retailer first they dispatched the aspect to the Head office, they then sent to us and after that it will be delivered. it will take 1 week, and my son remain without aspect till then.

such kind of issue with lenskart is bothering customers. Please look into this and give proper solution. We trust lenskart....

After 1 year my specs that I brought from lenskart broke and instead of solving issues store manager is saying I have to buy a new

I have purchased a specs with lenses and after 1 year it broke when I went to lenskart shop on sector-7 dwarka from where I have done the purchase the store manager instead of solving my problem he told me that he have no solution to it and I have to buy a new one both the frame and lenses. Charged for glasses but never received

I received notification of order #[protected] being placed and was suppose to receive by June 14th. The money has been removed from my checking account.

To-date I have not received my glasses nor have I gotten an update on the order. Please either shjip my glasses or provide me with a refund....
