I had bought Lenscart spectacles against order number [protected] dated 30th May 2023 at total cost of Rs. 9184, which is quoted inclusive of offered Two year Gold Membership.
Last week, frame of the spects got broken at screw connected point. I went to store in Kunadi, Kota from where I had bought it, requesting for repair or frame.
The staff at the store raised the hands, saying it cannot be done by them, I should have gone...

With great with on Lenskart, I entered the stall. Rate of reamless frame : Rs.4, 200/-. Rate of power lens : Rs.10, 000/-.

Date of Incident : 15th December 2022.

1) Lenskart, first and foremost, snatched away 100% full payment of Rs.14, 200/- (Rupees fourteen thousand two hundred). When I asked for the proof of slip with seal/stamp, they gave.

2) As I was new to power lenses, only later on, I began enquires. Then only I came to know no Bluray, no U/V, no antiglare, nothing. They were just most ordinary progressive lenses.

3) Then I checked up the slip which I had received from Lenskart. The seal/stamp was not Lenskart at all. It was DEALSKART seal.

4) The frame lost all its glaze within 3-4 months of purchase.

My most humble request : My dear friends, you should never ever venture into any Lenskart Stall. Else you may also land up in the same suit.

    Hello lenskart, my name is santhosh D, I paid 1, 000 rupees for Dhanaraj who is working in HTO lenskart home try on. He took 1000 for spec and didn't return and even raised the mail to lenskart and informed ragavendra ZSM of lenskart in Bangalore till now they is any update and they didn't resolve my issue. Even that cheater is not responding to my call. This issue has to been taken seriously who is cheating the peoples.

      I went to lenskart store in meerut they were very rude and bad .
      They where judging people's by their personality, bad management, bad customer service.

        Recently i have ordered two sunglasses from lenskart using gold membership and the delivery is assigned to purple drone logistics. The delivery date mentioned is yesterday which is 29th of November. One of the product is delivered but still now the another product is not yet delivered to me. In the tracking history it is showing as "soft data uploaded" for more than 30 hours.So kindly give me a reply about what is happening with my package....

        Attention Lenskart . Complaint no [protected] .Kindly advise why were the lenses not replaced when scratches issue was escalated to you within the warranty period and why was I made to keep returning with same issue again and again. Merely polishing off lenses to remove scratches is not what resolved the issue . I, my family and my social media contacts as well as general public should know about how poorly my case was handled and for them to decide if they would like to invest in high end high value, poor quality lenses as they may be conned by Lenskart as I was.
        Poor Support: They could not even inform store or apply LS Cash promptly.
        After reassuring me Lenskart support changed stance and did not want to cover my membership 1+1 spectacles in the LK cash and wanted to milk me for more Cash. Lenskart is a con artist company .

          Corrosion of spectacles body

          When I was in store 3 people had fights with the store representatives. When we were at the counter, the staff was rude with us too. He said ‘lena hai toh loh humko farak nai padta’. I said I will file a complaint, he said do it and said photo bhi loh mera. We were going to buy total of 20000 worth 4-5 glasses. We came out of the store and didn’t get any. This is as at Viviana Mall store in Thane west.

                  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the progressive lens that I purchased from your Vellore store on September 25, 2023. The order number for my purchase is [protected].
                  I initially returned the lens to the store on [date] because the quality was poor and the vision was blurred. The store returned the lens to me one week later, but the frame was still an issue. I had to wait another week to receive a new frame.
                  Even after receiving the new frame, I am still not satisfied with the vision. The lens is still blurry and is difficult to use. I have visited the store on several occasions to try to get the issue resolved, but to no avail.
                  I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the lens and the customer service that I have received. I am requesting a full refund for my purchase. I am also requesting that you take steps to ensure that this does not happen to other customers.

                    We Purchased a progressive lens worth 15, 000 INR from Lenskartstore Palarivattom on 26/09/2023. The lens quality was poor and the vision blurred after 2 days o[censored]sage, when we called the store they said will initiate exchange. However were referred to Lulumall store as the Palarivattom Store did'nt have enough stock. The product purchased from that store also was of poor quality, hence we decided to return the product.
                    However when we approached the store they informed that the cash purchases are not eligible for return, WHICH THE STORE STAFF NEVER INFORMED US DURING THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!

                    Clearly a case of mis selling as we being walk in customers, its the responsibility of store staff to inform these details while making the payment.

                    The fraud was committed at different levels.

                    1. Poor quality lens at a whopping price of 15, 000 INR
                    2. Mis selling from the Lenskart employees/ Store Staff
                    3. Had to go from store to store multiple times to get the issue resolved
                    4. Loss of work days as the customer could not work with out the lens
                    5. Bad behavior from the store staff to cover up their fault.

                          Poor product Vincent Chase lenses

                            I had bought a pair of sunglasses (Vincent Chase) Order ID#[protected] for my dad and myself. First my dad's and then my sunglasses got broken while kept inside the case. The customer care refuses to listen and doesn't really care about any after sales service. This company is a big blot on the startup ecosystem of India. Because of these poor quality products and such pathetic after sales service, I am definitely never ever going to trust this company. I also urge everyone to refrain from using its products as these are made of very cheap materials and they bear no responsibility after the product is sold. Btw, I am a lenskart Gold member. Not sure of what really do they mean when they say "GOLD Membership"

                              Claim request raised via one of the stores just got rejected, with the reason : 'rejection from vms', even though my order is still within the first 6month warranty period (and paid for insurance).
                              The item has been submitted at the store per the personnel's instructions and I just received a request stating claim being cancelled.
                              Need help with re initiating the process and getting the item replaced.
