I bought an specs in January month which is of John Jacobs brand. Yesterday my specs was fell of from my head while I'm bending at that time I catched the falling glasses the frame of the glass at left side was broken. I don't know in which quality material it was done. I visited nearby stores and they told it will be taken back or repaired only if it is insured. I recently buy a pair of eyeglasses from your showroom in kerala Kozhikode on jan 27. In that time they told both lens are scratch resistant and dust resistant. After few months there are scratches lens. I am glad that your team as give warrenty exchange on the product.and scheduled a pickup (return ) on today.the delivery boy came and pickup was successfull.

I ordered a spectacle and was told that it will be Rs.2700/- and if opt for Lenskart Gold membership paying additional Rs.600/- I will get another spectacle completely free. I asked him can i buy sunglasses if possible, he said u can buy with the same price I repeated asked if it is of the same quality and I was told yes at the price of one for additional Rs. 600/- .

We have bought two frames of Jhon Jacobs from lenskart store at Elgin road, Kolkata.
I bought it on 26th March, one frame was delivered on 28th March 2023, another was not delivered.
I had contacted customer service on 30th March 2023, they told that my other frame was out for delivery but today also I didn't receive it.
They don't even arrange a call back even after they promise to do so...

The original product ordered and recived on 13/2/2023 is of poor quality and was returned to the store at stadium road Palakkad Kerala on 22/2/2023.
