I have ordered contact lenses from Lenskart and the cylindrical value has not been added. Only the spherical value has been added due to which my vision is blur and cannot see crystal clear. I had uploaded a prescription for this order and had the power confirmed with your customer care right after I placed the order. I was assured all will be well and there would be no mistakes related to power. Either give me a full refund now or replace my lenses with the correct power.
