I visited the Dhanori, Pune store yesterday. I wanted to buy contact lens. I stood there up for 15 minutes yet none of the employee cared to assist. When asked about the contact lens the employee just told me to ask other employee, and when I asked the other employee, he told me to wait for 2 mins and and went home without assisting. It was only around 8 pm . I was not addressed. I had to go all way to viman nagar store to purchase the lens. The least you can do is take care of the clients instead of just ignoring them. I understand that there is a rush but you just can’t ignore the client.

    Hi,

    I was given online order ([protected]) 6th of March and received one empty box immediate i approced Cust service not connected then i was visited store and submitted courier as it was received store mgr was said will provide resolution within 24 hours after investigation.
    Next day I received call from store manager he said will provide your order or credit note I said I don't need of that provide the product but more than week still waiting for that.
    Also I am migraine patient that is why my head is paining continue when I visited doctor he said due to not using eyeglass I am suffering from pain around more than 15 days now I have purchased eyeglass from other brand but still no resolution.
    Again I approached customer service they said now this case in store you have to visit in store or contact them they will provide you resolution I said I need immediate resolution and I don't have time that is why given online order also my kid is infant but after long hold she said my supervisor will call you within 1 hours now more than 1 hours no call received.
    Now it's high time request you to refund my money I don't need any resolution from your side.
    I hope will get positive response.

      Ear Sir,

      I had submitted spectacles for refund in Ram maruti road store, Thane West.
      I had returned the product the day after I recieved the spectacles because the size was large for me. Due to which i chosed to return it, they gave option to go in a physical store and return it. I went their and choosed for refund because they did not have another size and ''SUBMITTED THE SPECTACLES IN PROPER CONDITION TO THE STORE''
      Till date i have not received refund, so I had called to Store at ram maruti Road, but the employee on the call diconnected the call.
      I had submitted spectacles for refund in Ram maruti road store, Thane West.

        A order was placed on 22nd Feb: [protected]; The lens package selected was wrong/mismatch with prescription. Over call on 25th/27th Feb, this was corrected by upgrading the lens package, Single to Bifocal at no cost, as per "membership benefits". No confirmation/mail was done to customer. On March 4th to check with ETD, i contacted lenskart over chat and "Reconfirmed" again the lens package upgrade. This was the 2nd confirmation. On March 6th, i receive a call stating the frame ordered is out of stock, please select a different one. Hence i asked for a compensation discussion for the delay & order change caused. I was told within 24-48hrs a call shall be scheduled to discuss the same. I followed-up with lenskart again multiple times and raised multiple tickets for a response. Yet no response till 17th, when i called and asked to escalate it over call. on 17th, the representative mentions that the current order will be cancelled and i need to re-order with a different frame. The compensation for all this delay & problem is that lens upgrade to bifocal, because at the moment the "membership benefits" is not present.
        My sincere request to Lenskart team & Mr. Piyush to 'walk the talk' about customer experience and quality.
        I open for the right compensation and delivery of my order at the earliest.

          I placed an order on 1st Feb on lenskart and I received a damaged product so I decided to return it, first of all the return process was extremely slow and it took almost 10 days just get the pickup done, and then I decided to personally go and drop the second pair of glasses at the store personally and since then I have been waiting for my refund, I returned it on 21 Feb and they told me that I will get the refund within a week. On 22nd Feb I get a confirmation saying that refund was completed and no money was transferred to my account, since then it has been a month, every week I go and ask them for a refund and they tell me to wait another week. This has been the most terrible customer support I have ever seen. It's like I'm pleading them for the money that they owe me, every time I raise a ticket I get the same answer, "sir it has been initiated on our end", or "someone from our team will get back to you", this has been a very frustrating experience, they even asked me to provide my bank statements which is something an e-commerce website is not supposed to, I went ahead and provided that and then also I get the same response. They don't care about the customers, this behavior is just terrible and unacceptable.

              I placed an order with order no: [protected] and out of the 2 spectacles, one of them didn't fit and I want to return it and place another one instead of it.                 The screws for this particular eyeglasses are not available at the stores.

                A few days ago I lost a screw from my specs Went to the nearest store in Chembur for the repair and after searching for nearly half an hour the guy at the store told they don't have such screws available with them since they haven't been supplied by the company it self.
                Good thing the guy at the store managed to fix it with the on-display specs of the same kind, but please either make such spares available or stop manufacturing these kinds of specs.

                    Lenskart store is far from my place. Status of the product was showing as delivered. Once i reach the store, handed over only one product and declined to handover another product. Asked to come again. Am disappointed with their services.

                      Recently I made an order for my frame & lenses and asked them to deliver them at my home which accepted and ensured it will happen . Now after receiving the order at their outlet they are forcing me to come and collect my order. This is the services they are offering me .which is beach off commentment .

                      Even after calling to outlet they took it very lightly . After my push to them they said will deliver but. Till now no order has been delivered nor any update has been given.

                        At the time of booking glass thickness was specifically discussed with the manager at store multiple times because it was an important matter for me, and the store manager assured me that the glass thickness would not be thicker than the one i was currently using. After being satisfied with his commitment i placed the order, but on receiving my glasses the thickness of glass was merely double the size which i was currently using. It was very disatisfying and it makes feel very disheartened. Very poor service from the end of lenskart team sakchi Jamshedpur team.

                          I purchased a pair of glasses in the month of Sep with Bi polar glasses. Once the product was delivered, it had major issues with the power of the glasses. The matter was discussed with the Field staff. As wearing the glasses was resulting in nausea and dizziness, thus making unusable/ unwaerable. The Filed rep assured us that it will be resolved i[censored]sed constantly and incase the problem is not solved he advised us to buy insurance so that he can replace the glasses after three months. rather he forced us to take insurance by offering discounts over and above the market discounts. As advised by the Optho we contacted him in the month of Jan 22, to our surprise he simply reverted back that he has left the Company.. We came to know that the Optho was operating and hired by Lensekart without any valid qualifications. This further justify the wrong assessment by the Optho in ascertaining the glasses power. However, we brought out th eissue with Lensekart customer care and promptly our case was reassigned to new Field Optho.. Now this new Optho kept us in waiting for two days on the appointment hours, but never turned up for the visit .. Third day the Coustomer care rep informs us that the Optho detailed to us was not fit/trained/ competent to take to the complaints and new Optho will be detailed .. Voila once again the same Optho calls up and informs us that he will be coming to resolve the issue so better be available at 1730 at home ..At this We asked him reasons for not keeping the previous appointments for which he replies that he had no experience/understanding towards complaint resolutions of old glasses and work only on new glasses. It appears that he was re-briefed to grease me, for some new scheme product this time.. so we asked him for his qualification etc.. Thereafter there was a Big silenec from Lensekart Customer care, their local associates and Optho.. Thanks ; ( PS if i am using the glasses upside down it actually serve the purpose)

                            Dear sir,
                            I have purchased a spectacle from lenskart vide product id [protected], dated 16/10/2021 online. The product damaged in a very short span of time i.e. within 6 months. Frames divided into 2 parts and while contacting customer service representative, they are informed to visit retail outlets for repair. Here I would like to say that my product is under warranty and it is not acceptable for me to get it repaired as it will not be as good as Original one after repairing. Further, the company representative assured for doorstep services at the time of buying as I purchased from door steps only.
                            So, I am hereby requesting you to look into the matter and arrange for immediate refund of amount or replace the item as I am not satisfied with existing one.

                              I placed an order for my specs and I can't find to input the power details and i found out I have to enter the power details after the payment only and i made the payment and after that they are explaining that I cannot get that frame for my power requirements if that so they have to mention somewhere about the power limitations for specific frames but I searched everywhere 8n the application but I can't find it then it is their fault for to make false hope to customers and right now I am requesting to cancel the order and to refund the money but for that reason they are not responding properly they said that they will be arranging a call back but no one makes a call back then I have to call them again and again then the same situation go up and now it is fourth day continues like the same with no response properly and I'M ARVINDDHAN MY ORDER NUMBER IS [protected] please make sure there is a good response as I'm a lenskart gold membership person but facing these types of nonsense issues for their incompatibility

                                I had ordered a pair of glasses in Jan 2020 in different powers but same frame from lenskart dlf mall noida but after 4-5 times the situation is the same, till date lenskart is unable to provide me the glasses despite visits to the store
                                you should try to use them in an upside down mode. Your problem will be solved. To make the arrangement work as reading glasses, you may like to order a new frame from Lenskart

                                  My frame one side screw getting up and I went to showroom but they said the warranty completed. i used that pair only one time. i did not get time to go to the showroom.

                                    Refund in original mode of payment in bank transfer not done yet, instead credit score is provided for future buying.
                                    Kindly check why this type of cheating business they are conducting.

                                    I requested return for the products and refunds in original mode of payment but after return they just gived me store credit. I want my money as a cash or in bank.

                                      I placed an order with order no: [protected] and In the payment sections I paid as a guest from the mobile number: [protected] as I didn't have an account in Lenskart at that time, after the payment, It said the payment is a success ( I have the payment SS for your reference) and after the payment when I was entering the prescription values, It stopped immediately stating that the payment is failed ( I have attached the SS for your reference ) but the payment is done successfully and the amount has been cut from the bank as well ( I have attached the same for your reference ). As I paid as a guest, I was unable to view or track the order. Can you kindly look into this matter? Thanks.

                                        I have booked a home eye checkup on Feb23 via website for 25th Feb
                                        i contacted lenskart on feb 25th, they gave me 24-48hrs for resolution
                                        i contacted them again on Monday Feb 28th, they again postponed to March 1, now when i contact them, they are again postponing to March 2nd
