Lenskart Customer Care's response We appreciate the time you spent discussing your issue with us over the phone. As per our conversation, we have initiated the return process for your rusted product. Bluedart courier has been assigned to facilitate the pickup, and they are scheduled to pick up the product by 28th Nov'23. The update confirming the pickup is expected to be reflected by 29th Nov'23.
