However, when I tried to use the coupon code during my purchase, it didn't work. I reached out to customer support because the store manager had informed me that the coupon code was sent to my mobile number, and I needed to contact them for assistance. I provided them with a screenshot of the coupon code message during the call, but unfortunately, the call got disconnected. To my disappointment, I didn't receive a callback from customer support regarding the issue.
During my conversation with customer support, they mentioned that they would need 48 hours to come up with a solution. This delay poses an inconvenience for me since I'm required to pay the full amount for my purchase upfront, and I won't benefit from the coupon's discount as I have to make the purchase today.
