We Purchased a progressive lens worth 15, 000 INR from Lenskartstore Palarivattom on 26/09/2023. The lens quality was poor and the vision blurred after 2 days o[censored]sage, when we called the store they said will initiate exchange. However were referred to Lulumall store as the Palarivattom Store did'nt have enough stock. The product purchased from that store also was of poor quality, hence we decided to return the product.
However when we approached the store they informed that the cash purchases are not eligible for return, WHICH THE STORE STAFF NEVER INFORMED US DURING THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!

Clearly a case of mis selling as we being walk in customers, its the responsibility of store staff to inform these details while making the payment.

The fraud was committed at different levels.

1. Poor quality lens at a whopping price of 15, 000 INR
2. Mis selling from the Lenskart employees/ Store Staff
3. Had to go from store to store multiple times to get the issue resolved
4. Loss of work days as the customer could not work with out the lens
5. Bad behavior from the store staff to cover up their fault.

    I tried to do payment twice via UPI on 20th October, both the times amount was deducted but payment was failed at Lenskart end. The amount is not yet refunded

        Poor product Vincent Chase lenses

        Address: Mumbai Mira road

        Within a year the one pair of vincent chase lenses that was purchased for bimal lal developed scratches and became cloudy / almost opaque in routine use. This was shown to mira road store but they polished and returned them back. Again this month was brought to stores attention. Complaint no [protected].         I cancel my order on 18th Oct . But still not received my refund. Many time compliant raised, . But still no one respond. Very poor service.

          I had bought a pair of sunglasses (Vincent Chase) Order ID#[protected] for my dad and myself. First my dad's and then my sunglasses got broken while kept inside the case. The customer care refuses to listen and doesn't really care about any after sales service. This company is a big blot on the startup ecosystem of India. Because of these poor quality products and such pathetic after sales service, I am definitely never ever going to trust this company. I also urge everyone to refrain from using its products as these are made of very cheap materials and they bear no responsibility after the product is sold. Btw, I am a lenskart Gold member. Not sure of what really do they mean when they say "GOLD Membership"

            Claim request raised via one of the stores just got rejected, with the reason : 'rejection from vms', even though my order is still within the first 6month warranty period (and paid for insurance).
            The item has been submitted at the store per the personnel's instructions and I just received a request stating claim being cancelled.
            Need help with re initiating the process and getting the item replaced.

              I had made an order on Thursday and then on Friday I received a message that my order has been delivered to the store and I can pick up my order from there . Today I went to the store and I found that my order has been exchanged with one of the order and it’s in Chennai . It was really disappointing. Though I was expecting a good customer service from them but they didn’t do anything except sending me an AI based chats . I explained them my concern 4-5 times but they repeated same thing . These people think that having a weak eyesight is a joke or something? It’s mention in their online page that is we will not receive the order in three days then it’s free . But what kind of Customer support they have ? Being such a big company you should take more care of your customer. I am really very disappointed and will post this everywhere in Social media as well . People should know what services lenskart is providing.

                I had bought a new pair of specs from Lenskart on 3rd of August, but due to poor strength it's arm got broken. I reached out to Lenskart executive but he said that this can't be repaired and suggested to buy a new one.

                      Three or free totally false commitment (only marketing strategy)

                      I have ordered a product on 13/08/23 amounting rs.450/-, which was to be delivered on 15/08/23 (Three or free offer was also applicable on this). Even after 15days there was no tracking of the order.
                      When the issue was escalated with customer care on 28/08/23, they assured delivery of the same. Another they conveyed me that they cancelled the order on 22/08/23 and refunded my money to my bank a/c.

                      This is regarding Order ID: [protected], Order Date: 12 Nov.
                      There was a home eye checkup done on 12 NOV and two John Jacobs glasses were delivered on 15-NOV and 18-NOV respectively.

                      After using these glasses I started having headache and near vision issues. For couple of months I have had this headache now thinking it may be due to other issues.

                      After contacting opthalmologist, I was given a new prescription. The power given by Lenskart home checkup was wrong.

                      I have attached my new prescription.

                      I want that lens of my eyeglasses be exchanged with correct power as provided by the Opthalmologist prescription. This is still within the warranty period.

                            I and my family are regular customers of Lenskart and have in the past got all our purchases channeled through Mira road branch. My daughter Komal bimal lal, wife Rita lal and myself Bimal lal have opted for Lenskart. However quality of lenses purchased last year have turned out to get scratches (almost full body of lenses are covered with scratches in a year or little more when actually it is not the only pair I have worn. Please look into the quality of lenses /material and even the frame.
                            Lenskart has not done anything to resolve the issue.merely giving little cash credit doesn't enable customers to use and have positive opinion of the lenses. Shrishti the customer service representative is most unhelpful and not focused to provide assistance to customers.

                              Invoice is not Provided

                              I have clearly stated that I need the GST invoice, which should be provided anyways, and they promised the same that they will provide on the day of delivery, but then at the time of giving the product they said it's not working and can be downloaded from app and also they will send it by mail.
                              But not received it yet by mail nor able to download it from the app....

                              Gold Membership not showing

                              I applied a coupon code and availed a membership by paying 49 rupees, payment was successful but still the Gold membership is not visible in my account....

                              I had ordered specs for me and my father in law with order no. [protected]. And there was problem with both the specs. The frame of specs i.e.Gunmetal green square which we immediately gave them for replacement and other specs i.e. sky blue transparent one had totally blurr vision as the lady who did eye test was over confident and didn't bothered to see the description I had showed to her as result of which the specs are not comfortable to me. I made complaint about the same immediately when I went to take the delivery but that lady who had done my eye test said try using for some days then we will see but i denied and asked her to do the re-test but she said my duty is over come another day but it wasn't possible to go on weekdays so again after one week we went again to the store but they said come on week days as there is so much rush so eye test cannot be done so again after we went after some days on a week day to take the delivery and one male staff did the eye test and found wide difference in the test he did and the specs that was made for me so he asked to see an opthalmologist to confirm the number as there was a difference in the axis which should be 80degree instead 90 degree which was made. I visited doctor, got the prescription and went to the store after some days and this time I was told that we need to pay for the replacement of lenses eventhough the mistake is of store's staff.
                              I could not expect such harassment from lenskart Chinchwad. I can't believe they mislead customers in such a way, i visited store 6 times in the whole process and neithet i got the right examination, right product, right service but only harassment.
                              If this is the way lenskart staff is trained is trained, it is really shameful and the name of brand is no way reaching rights but will definitely see its downfall.
                              I haven't even taken the delivery still delivery date is updated by the lenskart staff without our consent, it is really disappointing that a brand like lenskart is least bothered about the customer satisfaction but fooling them
