I bought a pair of glasses for my mother last week of December.

One of the glasses I received was damaged.
The nose pad of the glasses had become worn.
I couldn't bring it because of my hectic work schedule.
On February 11th 2023, I went to the Lenskart MG Road branch and requested service.
They said it would take a day.
I left saying that I would pick it up the next day.
I collected it yesterday and noticed that nothing had been done.
The nose piece is still worn out, and I'm not sure why you don't understand the value of time.In addition, I called Lenskart mg road and spoke with someone there. I told them the whole story, and they just hung up. This surprised me because I did not expect such poor customer service from a reputable seller like you. And it was because of this incident that I decided to file a complaint.Mistakes do happen and i can understand but you have the basic courtesy to apologise and rectify it.I have sent an complaint email and I didn't receive any response Was this information helpful? |
