I and my family are regular customers of Lenskart and have in the past got all our purchases channeled through Mira road branch. My daughter Komal bimal lal, wife Rita lal and myself Bimal lal have opted for Lenskart. However quality of lenses purchased last year have turned out to get scratches (almost full body of lenses are covered with scratches in a year or little more when actually it is not the only pair I have worn. Please look into the quality of lenses /material and even the frame.
Lenskart has not done anything to resolve the issue.merely giving little cash credit doesn't enable customers to use and have positive opinion of the lenses. Shrishti the customer service representative is most unhelpful and not focused to provide assistance to customers.

    I had ordered specs for me and my father in law with order no. [protected]. And there was problem with both the specs. The frame of specs i.e.Gunmetal green square which we immediately gave them for replacement and other specs i.e. sky blue transparent one had totally blurr vision as the lady who did eye test was over confident and didn't bothered to see the description I had showed to her as result of which the specs are not comfortable to me. I made complaint about the same immediately when I went to take the delivery but that lady who had done my eye test said try using for some days then we will see but i denied and asked her to do the re-test but she said my duty is over come another day but it wasn't possible to go on weekdays so again after one week we went again to the store but they said come on week days as there is so much rush so eye test cannot be done so again after we went after some days on a week day to take the delivery and one male staff did the eye test and found wide difference in the test he did and the specs that was made for me so he asked to see an opthalmologist to confirm the number as there was a difference in the axis which should be 80degree instead 90 degree which was made. I visited doctor, got the prescription and went to the store after some days and this time I was told that we need to pay for the replacement of lenses eventhough the mistake is of store's staff.
    I could not expect such harassment from lenskart Chinchwad. I can't believe they mislead customers in such a way, i visited store 6 times in the whole process and neithet i got the right examination, right product, right service but only harassment.
    If this is the way lenskart staff is trained is trained, it is really shameful and the name of brand is no way reaching rights but will definitely see its downfall.
    I haven't even taken the delivery still delivery date is updated by the lenskart staff without our consent, it is really disappointing that a brand like lenskart is least bothered about the customer satisfaction but fooling them

      On 5th of August i ordered one of the Vincent Chase Patriot special edition eyeglasses from Lenskart app. The agent of Lenskart assisted me well by placing the order & then i payed for it & it said "Order Created". It was scheduled to be delivered on 10th of August, which is today. But till now it has no further progress. It still stucked & showing the same thing "Order Created". I cannot connect to any agent of Lenskart so that i can explain them & get the help. The local store of Lenskart in my city is also helpless about this matter.

          This isnt my first time with lenskart. Every pair I have bought in the past couple of years has broken within the first three months.
          I bought two pairs this time and as expected both are already broken. Quality is nasty at lenskart and definitely never going to buy again. The last couple of time I gave benefit of the doubt but this is unacceptable. There were pretty decent till 3 years ago, now its just pathetic. Why cheat people with your cheap gimmicks?

            Dear Lenskart,

            I have purchased 3 glasses in a short span of 2 months. All of them were purchased from the same store located in Wagholi Pune. Out of them, the frame of 1 glass broke down. I went to the store to check if it can be repaired or changed. But, the staff told me that have you taken insurance? I asked when did you tell me about insurance while purchasing. He lied to me saying that he always share this information to all customers, and same information he had shared to me during purchase. He even lied to me that he told me about warranty and repair terms and conditions. He only informed me about "Bye 1 Get 1" policy for gold membership, and let me purchase 2 glasses under that offer.

            I confirm that he did not inform me about insurance and warranty TnC. When I confronted him "why are you telling lie to me, do not cheat with customers", he started arguing with me saying "Go and file complaint, my name is Supan Munde", and started yelling one me. His fellow staff supported him on his behavior and told me that my attitude is not correct towards him. This is not in lenskart policy to replace the frame and i need to purchase a new glass again. I told him if a frame is not replaced, and what is the meaning of buying a glass from a reputed brand. He told me nothing can be done.

            I was denied the replacement and finally i came back and filing complaint about Lenskart staffs' rude behavior and cheating by hiding necessary information so that they can sell their products.

            Hopefully, Lenskart will look into both the issues: Staff's rude behavior and frame replacement.

              I purchased a pair of glasses from the Lenskart store last August, and after 11 months, I attempted to file an insurance claim due to damages in the temple piece. However, I received a rejection with the reason stated as 'Request from VSM.' It's frustrating to have insurance for my glasses and still be treated this way as a customer

                  I am writing frm gurgaon sec 49. I visited the store near my house which is at eros city sqaure. The staff was in such a denial mode and rude enough to not give a proper explanation.
                  Mu frame is 1.5 yrs old and he mentioned tht it has caught RUST in the screw of the frame!!!

                  Surprisingly this is the first time my LENSKART eye frame has ever got rusted.

                  He hasn’t given me any reason why this has happend and also denied to provide repair as he say this is non repairable.

                  Surprise to know tht if a screw is broken cannot be repaired.

                  I am not asking for any new / exchange or refund. Just a basic service. Where m ready to pay cost, but seems the person was not intrested to listen and was rude enough to respond properly

                    My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM'. Tried to contact the customer care but there is no response.

                    I have bought 2 specs from lenskart on 17th Jan 2023 along with insurance. One of the specs is kind of broken, unusable and got scratches on it. Raised a request for another specs to insurance but its rejected.

                        I am order blucut goggle but I feel uncomfortable.. then I refunded google .. in application clearly write money is transferred to bank account but then after few day I got a MSG from lenscart money is added to your lenskart credit score .. to use next shoping this code .. my is not transfer my account 😐😐

                          Hi, brought two specs from you, one worn out in 10 months struggled no one in the market would fix it as it had a small screw and ur store said buy a new one. Brought second one the glass within 9months full of scrathes i use it very well i do not drop it down and cant even see things properly .. Such a bad choose i made every year do u wish i buy a glasses from u every year, , 6000 investment in glasses only and when we go to store they dont even repair it back. They said scratch proof and its utter dispointment

                            My specs frame broke from one side after having a crack on it within 3 months of its purchase, the sales person on the store refused to repair or replace it, despite of the fact that it has a 1 year warranty. Please help me, so that my specs gets repaired or replaced and having the better quality product this time.

                              I had ordered a pair of eyeglasses from lenskart (order ID [protected]) and requested for return the same day it was delivered. The return pick up was done two days later on July 2nd. Since then there is no sign of processing of the refund. Every time I check the return status, the refund processing date gets pushed by at least one day. Today it is showing as 19th July. This is atrocious. Please have the refund initiated as soon as possible. Else I would have no option but to escalate the matter. Also, I was thinking of buying another pair of glasses from lens kart. Now I am not sure if that is a good idea because of your sloppiness in processing the refund. I would be able to make another order only when my refund amount is credited to my bank account. Please process the refund as soon as possible.

                                We had purchased 2 glasses and the sales person in the RTNagar shop didnt mention anything about insurance only told us about warranty. when we received the glasses along with the invoice we noticed that there is amount charged for insurance. We visited the shop and complaint to the person / manager and they misbehaved and spoke so rudely they went to the extend of telling us why did we purchase from them.

                                Apart from purchased the existing glasses we asked them to make it little tight the girl did it so hard that till the time we came home and wore the glasses the side stick broke.

                                This is not the first time where the manager has misbehaved its repeatedly going on.

                                  Why my claim is rejected ???? What’s the meaning of request for VSM ??? Did the store reject it ?????

                                  I have done orders for approx 20, 000 with you guys. Why you are rejecting the claim. This is the first time I’m applying for insurance. Worst customer support, worst no email responses, worst store experience, worst feedback response. My number is [protected]. I got the glass on April 2023 and I applied on July 2023 which is hardly less than 3 months. Saying don’t have details of product number ???? How done u don’t have the serial number during billing ???? What kind of Lame excuse ur staffs are giving ??? U have all my records, suddenly u don’t have serial number of the product I purchased ???? TRY to keep UP THE WORD or else DONOT collect the insurance money as SCAM

                                    I have already buy a product but it has a problem so I returned it yesterday but today I attempt to order the same product but it showed me that the item is out of stock. I want the product. Very poor condition of Lenskart. I am very disappointed.

                                      An exchange order has been created under warranty claim for order id [protected] product id is 143576. I am asking for the replacement of the same product i.e 143576 or 207652 (both are of same price) but lenskart executive Miss Shruti refused it by saying that the price has been increased so I won't be able to get the replacement even with the same product 143576 nor the another and I will have to pay price difference for the replacement of same product. However, no such policy was there when I purchased the product.

                                      Kindly look into the issue because in this case there will be no meaning of one year warranty.
