Misbehave by lenskart store employes

This is to inform you that yesterday evening i visited the my nearest lenskart store in Jankipuram lucknow. There are 4 staff there at that time and i waiting for half n hour to attend me. One of the employee there talking very rudely and misbehaving with me and denied to add more than 2 product in one cart and also denied to use the voucher. They said we cant use and voucher and start yelling at me.

Returned to warehouse

I have ordered two eyeglasses from the Lenskart store on 5th November 2022. One of them was received on 8th November and for other glasses it was showing 10th November. On the application I can't find the tracking details as well and when I tried to reach customer care they told that your order will returned to the our warehouse and after that we will deliver again. But now after it shows returned to warehouse I have spoke with the customer...

I purchased a sunglass (Order id: [protected]).

The quality of the sunglass (Grey) was not up to the marks.

Got it replaced by Visiting Lenskart store (Laxmi Nagar). Store Manager (Prince Jain) helped me in replacing the item.

The quality of received sunglass was even worse this time.

I visited the store once again on 29 Oct 2022. Mr. Prince Jain sent the item to Quality Check...

New Eye glasses damage

Yesterday I received glasses by home delivery, but after open I got glass bolt loose,
After today I visited at kamla nagar branch,
There team not attend Mr rahul told me go to other centre or do wait 2and2:30mint. He was very bad attitude,

All staff is very casual approach.

Refund amount not paid for 6 months

Hi, I have been following up for a small refund of Rs 1300 with lenskart R T Nagar Branch, Bangalore. Store staff and manager are not at all supportive. They never reflond true facts. They never call back post their confirmation of callback. Never spoken to the store manager. Not sure how they are operating from so many days here. They have pathetic customer care prior to this complaint.

Return/Exchange product issue

I ordered a set of computer glasses on 4.10.2022. But i received my first computer glass on 8.10.2022 and another on 22.10.2022. after i received my product i didn't like the product so i returned the product within the 14days. But i got rejected twice time after i gave two times for return/exchange. When i contact the helpline number of Lenskart, they didn't gave any proper response to me....

Money refund issue

I have visited the lenskart store in Rajkilpakkam, Chennai on 21st Oct 2022, and i purchased a product in store.I have used my debit card to purchase, the amount was debited and transaction was successful and i received the receipt for the same.
Due to some issue in Lenskart they couldn't take my order and they assured me for a refund in 24hrs. But its been 48hrs now and i didnt receive any refund.
