On 14 february i placed a return refund request for one of my spects which were too huge on me (Details attached below), the specs was picked on 15 feb by shadowfax and by evening of same day i received a cashfree link for refund which asked me to give my account number and ifsc code, i gave all right details, account number is[protected] and within 20 minutes i received a confirmation on my sms that refund is complete but when i checked my bank statement there was no refund or credit from lenskart, i tried approaching them and they came up with a fake utr / transaction id which they told me[protected] and told to confirm from bank, i called my bank branch employee and asked them to check (Canara bank sec 55 gurgaon) and the lady told me no such transaction credit has occurred on 15th/16th/17th feb of 2912 rupees, i have tried approaching lenskart by raising issue everyday since past 3 days and everytime they send me a bot message claiming that the refund is done, i ask them if the refund is complete, why does my bank have no credit, why is cashfree not responding to my queries, somebody please help, i checked here on consumer forum and saw many such complaints against lenskart, i am shocked such a big company scamming public with fake utr to save a mere 2912... Have shame lenskart and cashfree both are providing worst services, i have shared all the relevant statements, details, even whatsapp chats with bank person, yet everyday lenskart just claims to investigate and at end of day they drop the same old bot message expecting me to not ask for my money again! Why are you stealing from honest people?!

    I have ordered for spectacles from lenskart through a field agent. 1st time tried theough upi which went to payment processing, the agent told that it failed and I paid again through debit card. Money got deducted for both payments. Now, lenskart is not returning the wrongly debited amount. I keep following up from 6th of February, they kept pushing the resolution late, started with 8th then 10th then 12th then 17th now 23rd. No proper resolution has been given, no proper communication has been shared.
    Lenskart took my hard earned money and not returning it.

      commitment, misleading customer, not communicating right action at time. Neither i want
      replacement/ nor refund at this product as the lost time, harassment cannot be taken by
      Lenkkart but it can only be compensated at this moment,
      Note: Please get this cleared at the earliest as the compensation is must for suffering i have
      gone through.
      Kindly advise, if above statement will not be taken by Lenskart.

          Complaint Pathetic customer service False promises & misguidance

          Dear Nodal officer,

          I'm really disappointed with lenskart customer service. I really felt heartbroken as I didn't expect such behavior from Lenskart.

          Firstly I would like to bring in your notice that I visited lenskart Airoli showroom in Jan 2023. I asked her how much particular glassware with power will cost? She said 4400/-, if I buy 1 eye wear it will cost 4400 and if I buy 2 Eyewear still it will cost...

          I have ordered a buy 1 get 1 eyeglass from lenskart in January 2023. Then I proceeded for the exchange because the submitted powers were wrong. One eyeglass has been successfully exchanged but the other one was placed an exchange with another frame by lenskart without my consent. Then lenskart customer care said that the exchange will be cancelled but the glass will be picked and I'll recive store credit and with the help of store credit they'll help me place the glass of my choice within the same price range and I won't have to pay. After that the store credit did come but they didn't help me place new glasses. Then I contacted them and then they placed the order but it said that I'll have to pay more 717 rupees. After that I again contacted and cancelled that order and they again placed another order where I didn't need to pay. But the order didn't show up in my account, so I contacted again and they said that this order is placed on another number! They said that another account has been merged with my account and the order placed there! Then I again raised complain they again cancelled it and told me to wait for store credit... Then the store credit also gone at that account! My store credit went to that account which is merged. Then they told me to wait for 48 hours so that my number will be merged with my account and store credit will come into my account... But it didn't happen they're keeping me on wait from many days and my store credit is also now on another person's account and my exchange order is also not placed.

            I have ordered an eyeglasses on 6th February 2023, and it was delivered on 9th February 2023, the packaging was sealed packed but when i opened the box there was no eyeglasses.

              Store credit provided to wrong order number

              From past 2/3 weeks almost every day calling the help desk & no result yet. Attached specs return receipt (attached here too) & provided all the details asked by your team. Every time I called I was given the promise that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours. Even today when I called the same answer is given.

              With due regards, I would like to inform you that I purchased two photochromatic specticals from janupur jammu (Jammu and kashmir) store vide order no [protected] on December 9th 2022. I used one pair of specticals for a month & a half then I found minute scratch on both the lenses but it became worst within a couple of days. Then I went to lodge compliant to the same store, they refused to help me.
              On the day of purchasing I was promised warranty for any defect, but now they refused to exchange.

                    This customer service in the lenskart Bilaspur store is really bad, they don’t know how to talk to their customer, and when me and my dad were talking about how bad is the customer service is, the staff is asking us what are we talking about. Even while showing the product, they were least interested.

                      I went to lens kart Kalyan nagar to repair my specs ( issue in the specs it's 2 months old and it become very losse for me and one is new specs and other one i have changed the lens). One execute went to to repair and he brought the specs more wide and he damaged the side support. And he said he will discuss with his supervisor and he took 20 min to return saying that his supervisor having food. And supervisor came after 30 min and she said we can't do anything and i told them to tight the side support and give. She said okay and she said it will take 10 to 15 min. So me and wife went for dinner for 30 min and came back. One specs they made okay and other specs is still not fitted and i said that to excutive.. his response is that's it we can't do anything and i got anger and asked give me the specs how i given to you. Then he went to repair and took 15 min

                      He is very smart that he changes the side support of other specs and connected to my specs.do you guys think iam a fool.

                      Now u guys tell is this the experience the customer to get. Refund my money

                        Hi Team,

                        I have ordered 2 Eyeglasses from lenskart on 09/01/2023. Order placed at VR Punjab Mall - Fossil Eyeglasses #[protected] for Rs. 10304.00. I made the staff clear that I am travelling overseas on 14/01/2023. I did go to the store on 13/01/2023 and the glasses were ready but the power of my glasses were incorrect, they tried to convince me a lot it will be fine after you where it for couple of days but the end they were convinced that yes it was not right and was ready to cancel the order. Hence I requested a refund and return against those orders, they agreed and was advised that will be able to put a refund on 14/01 and they will do it on their end and send me an email (also I provided my number which I was using in India and my overseas number) and the whole procedure will take 1 week as I was travelling overseas. When rang on 14/01 to get a confirmation they advised they have some technical
                        Issues and they could not put a request to return. I asked my brother to go to the store and ask them about the refund and what I get to hear is we are in the process and your sister will be reciving an email. It has been a nightmare dealing with Lenskart and worst customer experience.

                        Kindly help me to get me my refund as soon as possible

                          Within two months o[censored]sing the glasses i observed that the right side glass has left its green colour coating and now its of no use now because it is not filtering blue light.
                          With the hope that i am buying a premium quality product but i think i was wrong, Now i hope you will provide the good serivice to your customer, i hope this hope would not break,

                            I have received an code and a message from Lenskart on 21st December 2023, however when I visited the store on 22nd December 2023 to buy the product using the code, however the code did not work.

                            I raised it to customer service of Lenskart and multiple followups on the same till today, with no curtesy from Lenskart to revert on my mails or via call.

                            I ordered one contact lens of left eye with
                            -2.50 power. I received my order. When I opened the pack the contact lens was folded and torn. I got torn lens. Very disappointment order in my life . My money also wasted. I need my moned back or else provide me another good contact lens.how this company is providing such a damaged product I don't know.                               I ordered a contact lens of left eye with power in baudh and lomb lens through lenskart. When I opened I got folded lens and I cannot get it open and I also saw that it was torn. Very disappointment. My money also wasted. I need my money back. Or else another lens should be provided. Why they r providing quality less product. So frustrated.

                                My husband had ordered a product with gold membership thinking about the best of the services from lenskart, but to our surprise after making the full payment in advance the product was not delivered and is missing, when contacted their customer care and visit their branch from where the order was placed, they are completely clueless about the order details.
                                We had been contacting lenskart almost every day and had also visited them twice, who will compensate about the time and efforts we are putting in for the carelessness of the company

                                Gold membership is a daylight robbery. Anyways let me not go into membership or products. My only reason to buy was to get it delivered at home and in time. Delivery date assured was 25th Jan and now it's been 29th, no one knows where the item is. And in name of customer service they are at bottom with 0 stars. Nobody calls you to give status, everytime you contact them, one has to tell the whole story again and best answer you get is assurity to get back in 24-48 hours, which again is a lie. We pay much more than market price to deserve this?

                                Better go for local brand, you will get cheaper n better product at reasonable price. Stay away from Lenskart. Order # [protected]
