Lenskart — didn't, refund my amount in bank... forcing me to use store credit

Refund in original mode of payment in bank transfer not done yet, instead credit score is provided for future buying.
Kindly check why this type of cheating business they are conducting.

I requested return for the products and refunds in original mode of payment but after return they just gived me store credit i already purchased new lens from lenskart store. I want my money as a cash or in bank.
