This contact lens causes irritation and also after wearing it my eyes used to get blood red spots due to infection. Mine is monthly disposable lens therefore i tried another lens within a month but still the issue exists in other lens also. I also told my problem to the lenskart store owner which is situated in mani square mall, kolkata, but they do not show any concern to my problem

    I have Purchased Specs with Blue cut Coating and at the Time of Purchase they give me warrenty for coating for 1 year, Now i am using my specs and coating is distrubed, I put this matter to lenskart and they told me to send some pictures, when i sent pictures they told it is not distubance of coating, it is scrateched, but actually it is not scratched it is coating disturbance, and now they denied and saying its not cover under warrenty, also at the time of purchased they committed to give cashback of 20% that time they also denied.

    Please resolve my issue and change the glass, i have paid extra 600.00/- for coating.

      I purchased my vincent chase specs and british optics glasses from lenskart district centre janak puri but they got broken within 1 month o[censored]sage and now it seems to be the duty of the company to get it repaired or replaced as it is under warranty i want the officials to take decision as soon as possible as i am facing a lot without the specs i have not used it more than 1 month and spend a hefty amount for buying so it seems to be the duty of the company to replace or repair it now i shall be highly obliged if you will help me in this matter i thereby share my order no along with phone number if nothing is possible please refund my money order number [[protected]] phone number [[protected]] or [[protected]]

        I purchased my specs from Lenskart district centre Delhi and the frame got broken within 1 months so how it is the responsibility of Lenskart to get my specs repaired or either refund my money so that my faith in you lasts forever I also asked from the customer care but they didn’t answered my question and asked me to get it repair from nearby store inspite of it being in warranty I shall be highly obliged if you will help me in this matter I thereby share my order I’d and phone number along with the condition of specs so that you may either refund or repair it phone #[protected]or [protected]

          I ordered ray ban frames from lenskart.The delivery man came at around 4: pm on 18th of may. Only children were home and the scheduled delivery was on the next day[16th]. My son asked the delivery man to come after 5 pm [when we [their parents] are home after work]. The delivery man canceled the order without even asking anyone. please resolve my issue asap...Didn't expect this from lenskart and blue dart.

            Lenskart dissappoint me as frame gets broken just within 4 months. I really didn’t expect this as i only wore it only one month. I request, plz get my spectacles repaired so that my faith upon lenskart will remain forever otherwise from next time i will buy from any other general store rather wasting money on these brands.               product was missing

              I have ordered the product on 18 april 2018. When i opened the product i found the item missing in the box. The packet in which i have got was sealed as it is to be and it was ok. But lens box that was sent by you was empty. I was not expecting this from lenskart. Please guys i want my order either to get exchanged or please refund me the money asap. Lenskart.com they are making fool of their customers.

              My specs are still under warranty period as its only few months ago i bought them. And few days ago, the specs accidently fell down on the floor and the frames got broken. Now, i m so badly worried about how to get it repaired or replaced as i have spent a good amount in buying them and i think now its lenskart's responsibility too to take charge of it. I want asap reply from your side because i m going through a lot without my specs. I hope you come up with a good assisstance as how much you brag about your services.

              I was told I would get my order within 4-5 days.But after 7 days, no news . When I called them, they said order is on hold??! Why was I not contacted about this? The customer care lady spoke very uninterestedly & arrogantly as if doing me a big favour by answering the phone.EXTREMLY BAD & DISSAPOINTING SERVICE. Will NEVER USE OR Recommend Lenskart

                Ordered two frames from john jacobs collection. When it got delivered it the frames was not at all what it looked like on the website.
                I returned both the frames as the other one had scratch marks on it. Again reordered it but again the same issue. It looked like as if they have packed the same item and delivered to me.
                I even went to the store and check the frames are like the ones which got delivered to me or there is an issue. It turned out to be that frames are looking perfectly fine in the stores but the one which i got was completely faded and other one had the scratch mark.

                  I ordered a spec on 8-apr, made payment via online banking.
                  However, as the specs size was not correct and even the vision was not clear. I had to return the order.
                  However, the amount that i paid while ordering is yet not refunded.
                  I contacted the customer care 3 times
                  1. On first chat, i was conveyed that it takes maximum of 5 working days, (I contacted them 24th apr).
                  And i was informed that the amount is processed for refund.

                  2. On 7th day i again contacted them. I was told that it might take maximum of 10 days. So advised me to hold on till then.

                  3. Again on 9-may, i again contacted customer care. On 9-may, i was again informed that the refund was processed on now the executive said that the amount will take 24-hours more to get refunded.
                  Its now 12 days and the refund is yet not processed.
                  And also the complaint number mentioned above is closed saying refund done.

                  Its more than 40 days and still the refund is not received.

                  I did not resolve the issue. The service is very bad from Lenskart. They take more than a month to refund the amount. Also, i had to follow up multiple times for the same. Never recommend Lenskart to anyone.

                  The kind of service provided by lenskart is not up to mark. I would not recommend anyone for lenskart.
                  I bought a specs a month back. It fell from a height of 1 feet and the lens broke off? A fibre lens should never break from such a low impact! I need lens replacement immediately

                    I bought 2 John Jacobs eyeglasses for Rs 7780 on the 28th April 2018 from the ‘Lenskart’ Showroom in ‘Z Square Mall, Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh) I was promised a delivery on/ before the 4th of May 2018 however no delivery was attempted and false texts were sent saying the courier tried calling but the number was unreachable. I called up the store 5-6times just to get a vague and unprofessional response. They also hung up on me while I was asking them for reasons and have no knowledge of the product. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF ONCE YOU’VE MADE THE PAYMENT. THE COURIER SERVICE IS PATHETIC AND LENSKART IS NOTHING BUT A SHAM TO FOOL PEOPLE AND CON THEM OF THEIR MONEY AND TIME. I also castles their complaints team but there was no solution and the executive named Deepak hung up the call. Now I don’t have my PRODUCTS AND A SOLUTION. Kindly take appropriate and strict actions to resolve this.

                      This is in reference to my recent store purchase at your store located at Arcadia Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

                      My purchase is dated at 8 Jan 2018 orderno [protected]. for two spectacles.

                      Initially during ordering I had requested for delivery at my residence .After 10 days of purchase when delivery didn’t came by, I decided to drop by the outlet and check for my order. To my surprise the order was ready at the store and I was never informed for the same. Also my request for delivery at my address was not added . This was the stepping stone to the debacle I was about to face with the lenskart team.

                      After checking my order, I confirmed the executive there that spectacle item id, lens length was requested to be shortened but the same was not done .Hence the spectacle were retruned .Also it was requested to inform me telephonically whenever the spec are received.

                      I was not informed and after 10 days when i visited the outlet, the spectacle were ready. To my amusement the finishing of the lens was not upto the mark. I could make out that the lenght was shortened locally and i complained the same to the store manager. the store manager requested my cooperation and assured me that spectacle with correct lenght have been ordered and would be ready in a week time.

                      After few days when i came for the collection, the spectacles were ready.

                      In next few days, i needed by glasses power so i came to the outlet and requested if they can help me with the power. To my surprise when i was handed over the print out, i noticed that both spectacle in my last order have different power. I questioned the team at the outlet about the same but no body was ready to take the charge and they were busy passing the ball .

                      When i explained them the experice at this store has been the worst among all the other lenskart store, they were very rude and also i must admit that there is general Negative employee attitudes and less-than-professional behavior at this particular store.none of my complain was treated with urgency and was rather treated to be trivial in nature.

                      i have faced unnceasssry harrasement at your store, for an order of one spectavle i had to travel 3 times and also wasted my precious time.

                      i must say during each of my visit i had two other customer who were complaining about one or the other thing at this outlet.

                      i am highly disappointed and frustrated .

                      I came to the store thinking my eyes, the most important organ for human body are in safe and professional hands but alas, there are some unprofessional and very rude people who dont care regarding customer service.

                      You can imagine

                      1. how damaging for me eyes to use two different number glasses .

                      2. How much harassment i have to went through, visiting your store multiple time

                      3. Tell one one good reason i shouldn't take any action against lenskart . All social media should know how you play with peoples eye and ill treat the customer

                      kindly take necessary action against and help me with the report. If you fail to provide me with a concrete report i will leave no stone unturn to report this to media and take legal action for against negligence by lenskart which could have damaged my vital organs and for fraud and cheating the customer

                      Dear Lenskart team as stated earlier my issue was notified well before your 14 day return policy . Had lenskart did all thins correctly we wouldn’t have lost 3 months .
                      This resolution is unacceptable and will continue to fight till lenskart refund my money
                      Its very unfortunate to see the high headedness of lenskart and fake 100 Satisfaction garuntee claim .

                      Inspite of delivering wrong powers, having the spec not meeting the quality standards and 3 months of harrasment still they dont want to take their product back and refund the money
                      @Lenskart_com Proclaim India’s largest optical company have technical issues every time you order something and after showing expected delivery of 4 days, cant get your item deliver for 9 days. Customer executive will fool you with delivery date untill last moment. Not going to consider Lenskart as an option for eyewear again.

                        I purchased jack jacobs shades from lenskart store, noida. The shades were of such poor quality that they broke within a week. I have given them for replacement since one month and i have got no response from lenskart. I have called multiple times to ask for feedback.
                        I’m so highly disappointed with the services and quality of lenskart.
                        They’re absolutely selling low quality products.

                          I bought for the first time aqualens i use bosh n lomb lenses since 8'years but lady at bhoothnath lenskart lucknow suggested me to buy but lens i used it was horrible i told her after along time as i went out of india she spoke so rudely like if she has paid my bill n asked me to collect my lenses from outlet as they can't take return i will not buy from lenskart because of hospitality given by tht girl letter started from a i don't remember name.

                            I have placed an order of rs.4928- vide order no.[protected] in the name of parika kamra at lenskart franchise store in sector 20, panchkula. Initially the order was delayed almost 15 days than the committment. From the order of two spects, one was rejected by us due to wrong centre & return to store at that time. I was committed for two additional spects with glasses of app. Rs.9856- (Double the order price in 1+1 scheme) as a compensation that time. Afterwards the franchise store was closed and we were at tenterhook for almost 4 months. Now this store is converted to company's owned store. I regret to say that after follow up of more than a month, mr. Prakash manager of that store has offered voucher of rs.3500- and plainly refused the earlier committment by saying that time it was francise store that time, so company can not pass that committment. Any ways i bought the spects of lenskart irrespective who dealt me. So lenskart is liable to honour the committment..

                              I ordered spects in thakur village kandi vali east store on 7.4.2018. Store boys offered me one plus one offer. I made payment on selection of spects for me and my son. I told about my position and they satisfied me saying that my son's glasses will be delivered soon and mine after giving my no. They didn't told me at that at that time my son's glasses will not be made until mine is done. Till now i have not received my telling my position.

                                As per lenskart store they are offering buy one get one. When i enquire about progressive lens they said that offer not applicable on that.

                                Seems they are making fool by giving incorrect and incomplete information. A week before they shared that 40% cash back will be applied but now denying.

                                Also when their representative visited my organization they offer 70% off but next day they denied for that offer too.

                                These kind of things will impact on your company’s market reputation.

                                Please intervene and advise the best solution.

                                  I have visited lenskart at sarjapur jail road, bangalore, made eye power checkup and ordered spectacles.                                   I have bought red tortoise eye glasses on 04 april and received after some time when i received the product it was not the same what i saw on the website it was like vendor eyeglasses whom i can get it easily within 300 rupees available
