I'm a Lenskart Gold Member. I would like to make a complaint for Discrimination, Abuse and Harassment incident at the Lenskart Store that happened with my family at following Lenskart store.

We reached the store around 11am and the only employee there was Bharat who informed us that there is no eye checking person until noon and asked us to wait until then. In fact, we called them the previous day before going to the store and they told us that all services will be available from 11am. We then started shortlisting 4 frames to utilize this time but there was no involvement and support from Bharat. In fact, he did not even try to tell us anything about any eyewears in store and was simply standing at his place despite having no other customers in store.
In a few minutes, we noticed that some lady came with whom Bharat started talking behind the counter. This lady named Sonam came aggressively to us, made provoking allegations, and questioned our family/class and ability to come to the Lenskart store. She started threatening me and my family. Sonam behaved rude and used foul language with my parents who are near their 70s age.
I thought of calling the police and taking legal action but my parents stopped me at that point. I later called the Lenskart support team at +[protected] and spoken with Himanshu Gupta who raised the complaint number 49879970 and assured me that Lenskart HR, area manager and store manager will immediately look into this and take required action against Bharat and Sonam. Himanshu told me that he has escalated the matter and will update me within 2 days by 20th May.
