Got mail that I am become gold member and have privileged to buy one get one free.
I ordered and paid money as their application mentioned.
After that they asked more money for gold membership which I got it as promotion in my mail. Once they send mail of gold membership how come and booked order according to that how come they cancelled it.

Once I paid, received call and said me they can not process my order...

Today on 1-1/2020, i visited lv prasad eye institute for regular eye check-up. There upon diagnosis, doctor said that left eye glass has incorrect power than what is there in the prescription. The issue that i have experienced was: i have gold membership on [protected].

I have selected 1+1 glasses from vincent chase.

Gold membership is not getting applied on second pair. Shop person called area manager and he gave codes.

No codes were actually working

Shop person told me to buy other gold membership on new number.. This is rubbish.. We paid 600 for gold membership and...

Hi, this is sandesh from chennai,
I bought 2 spects from lenskart 2 months before. Before buying i had very good expectations about lenskart, i thought it would last longer and all.
But not even rough using it, it broke, that too just while removing,
I tried to share my problem with lenskart customer care, i got a harsh reply saying it's my mistake,

I bought a product "black full rim round small (Size-48) vincent chase air flex vc e11377 - c1 eyeglasses

Product id : 129095" on dec 08 2018. These claim to be air flex. That claim is wrong. The frame broke with no force on it. These are not flexible at all. These broke on 30th july 2019.

I want a full refund of the order....

And they told me that orders can be placed only for prepaid orders. I bought specs from lenskart couple of months back. At the time of delivery too i could easily make out how delicate and prone to damage the full rim frame appeared to be. The eyeglass was very hard to open and close and gave a cracking sound every now and then. I hoped that with use it will get better but it didn't and 2 days back the right hand of the eyeglasses came out while trying to fold the eyeglasses.br...

I purchased a Vincent Chase eyeglass on 29 March 2019 through the lenskart app.
After 1 month one of the frame screw is loose and now everytime I wear the glass I have to tilt towards right for the perfect fit.

I enquired with the customer care but they weren't specifying about the above mentioned order.

I would like to know whether lenskart provides any repair service or any return/ replacement....

I ordered a lenskart glass on 31st december 2018 and expected delivery date of the product was on 8th january 2019. After contacting the customer care they said to wait till 16th january 2019. Today when i checked the courier status, it still shows in transit and this was last updated on 5th january 2019. The wait for my lenskart glasses continues... Great service...

I've ordered tokai lens which are premium lens offered by lenskart with approximately 7k value inr for one unit, which has many features like 2x more scratch protection, e. T. C has broken on edges. Which are plastic lens just broken when it fell from just 70 cms height. I'm totally disappointed with lenskart beacuse if we pay for around 7k for premium lens.

I have used unbranded normal lens which cost around 1k which didn't...

Hi,
I bought a pack of 6 from Aqualens-24 H Monthly Disposable- (quantity 2 packs) from Lenskart on 29 January 2018.
Every time I use the lenses, my eyes turn red and have gunk. The first pair I used was thrown by me within 15 days and that too I did not use it everyday.
Meanwhile I got my eyes checked and there was an increment in power of both the eyes. Current power-R 1.25; L 1.5 & earlier it was R 1 & L 1.25.br...
