The frame that i bought in Jan 2023, cracked for no reason. There's no physical damage that has been done to the frame. When i visited the store and asked them to exchange it. As it comes under warranty they instead of looking for an exchange straight away asked us to buy new pair of glasses. I am a gold member and the sales person didn't even bothered to login my ID and look for the prescription.

    Invoice is not Correct. no resolution from customer care

    Hi

    I have placed the order on 23rd April Delivered on 29th April and i have received the invoice after placing a request to customer service.

    Bye 1 product and Get 1

    Frame Cost is Rs.2700 + Tax
    Lens Cost Rs. 6500 + Tax

    Total Amount : Rs.9273.6

    I have received 2 invoice copies by breaking the amount to 50:50 instead of 1 single invoice as...

    Here is my experience of 11.05.2023 at your Chandivali Store (Shop No. 3, Lower Ground Floor, Wing C, Lake Primrose Commercial Chandivali Mumbai, 400076) : I use -5 power glass, which got broken due to sudden drop this evening so i immediately reached the nearby lenskart store (1 KM) at 8.35 pm but on reaching there I saw that your store has posted a boy at the gate to tell that after 8:30 PM no new customers are allowed to enter because the store employees have to go home at 9. Now it doesn't matter to them what someone who uses glasses of above power will do without his glasses (at least a day would have been saved), while on the site you say that above stores are open till 9 pm. Kindly at least mention correct store timings on your site, app and google. What kind of experience do they want to provide to their customers.

      I have purchase 2 Glassed from the Lenskart, bopal ahmedabad and also make the payment of the insurance approve 8 to 10 month back.

      Few days ago some problem in 1 glasses so went to lenskart bopal ahmedabad and they resolved within week.

      Again 2 days back same problem comes and i went again to the shop now they told me now this will not resolved and should be go in claim side so they requested for the claim.

      Today i received the message that the claim has been rejected mentioning the reason request from vsm.

      Very bad experience.

      Please support me in the matter.

        I have ordered a product from Lenskart on 26th of April. It was about to deliver on 29th of April . Now it’s 8th May and it’s not delivered yet. And also I have tried to connect with customer support huge time they can’t even response with any positive answer. Is it supposed to happened like this ?           Hi,

          I having Gold membership, placed an order to buy eyeglasses from your Kalyan Metro Mall Outlet on 29th April, 2023 however the product has not been delivered yet.

          While buying it, I clearly mentioned that it has to be home delivered and provided your staff with my address details along with an alternate contact.

          Never expected a bad experience like this from a brand like "Lenskart" while dealing with it for the first time.

          Please help me with your escalation matrix.

              Please repair or replace my defective frame

              A few months before i bought lenskart air matte dark blue rectangle specs from lenskart from malviya Patangar Bazar Store, Gwalior(MP). After fews days only colour of the frame started coming out and infact lens was also getting dusty frequently.               Hi, I have visited your store today to buy a progressing glass, during the process of discussion. one of your representative Mr Amreek Singh said to me to clean my existing glass th machine & its totally free. I gave my Original Ellensolly glass frame to clean. During the process of cleaning he brake my original ellensolly glass frame cost Rs 6500/-
              I ask to complaint the manager he said he is not in office & gave me his number but Mr Pradeeo singh Branch Manager not picked my phone
              Pls take the suitable actions against Amreek singh & pass the claim amount of Rs 6500/- to me on urgent basis

                Product complaint

                Address: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

                We have purchased lenskart air matte dark blue rectangle narrow frame . But the colour was coming out of it . We went to shop and asked them to replace it but they told that is the single model available in lenskart. They change the frame with the same model but new frame is also defective. Can you help us with that product issue....

                I ordered a product from Lenskart online, and there was a fitting issue. So, I choose the option of returning via the offline store of lenskart. Lenskart store assured me that I would get a refund and the form regarding the refund will be sent to me.

                But it has been a month and I haven't received a form. On visiting the store, the person denies that they have received the product and asked me to connect with Lenskart support. Lenskart support team is saying that they haven't received the product from the store. But they have already taken the product and Lenskart app is showing the product received.

                    I had placed an order of computer glasses and sunglasses on 27 April, Order ID: [protected]. The two glasses were under buy 1 get 1, and I had informed the store that I want the billing to be done for computer glasses. On receiving the glasses, the bill was split between the two glasses. I went to the store and inquired about this, and they mentioned this is the policy. On asking them to change the billing to reflect the offer correctly, they refused. Based on the invoice, I've purchased two separate glasses, which isn't correct, and I want to have an invoice that reflects my purchase accurately.

                    Same thing for my order they are giving 2 invoices of 1 which is not correct way to do the customers and Lenskart is not following the invoice rules.

                      I stay in Andheri Mumbai. I went to the lenskart physical store on 28th May in colaba and placed order for two spectacles wherein i chose two frames and asked for the lenses costing 2700/- after proper checkup. And, I was assured that the spectacles will be delivered within 3 days to your home with proper fitting.
                      The spectacles got delivered on the 2nd day that was yesterday but the fitting of the lenses to the right side of frame is not proper on both of my spectacles.
                      I would urge you to please either do the proper fitting or exchange both of my specs.

                          Lenskart - poor quality/ services of eyeglasses

                          I have received eyeglasses but it is not correct, i m not able to read anything. I have made the complaint and requested many times for refund of glasses, but nobody has come to pick up. Also on daily basis I'm receiving call that person will come and check glasses, but nobody has come till today. Very poor services of lens cart. Daily they give me new date of pickup or visit of their executive, but no one come. I need my full money back...

                          I ordered John Jacobs glasses from Lenskart. They sent me a defective product multiple times and wasted a few months by doing this. Then they finally sent me the product in an acceptable form. But now, when I need to claim a warranty, they are considering the warranty period start date from the first order I received. The warranty of the item I am using should start from the date I purchased the item, not the date I purchased the one which was returned in exchange for another one which was exchanged for yet another one which was exchanged to get the one I am currently using. (lot more times than I mentioned here)

                            Dear [Lenskart Customer Service],

                            I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. Approximately a month ago, I purchased a pair of glasses from your outlet, and unfortunately, one of the legs of the frame was accidentally broken. I visited the store to replace the frame and was met with a less-than-professional attitude from one of your representatives.

                            Initially, the representative seemed unwilling to assist me, suggesting that the frame was not purchased from your store. However, after explaining that I had indeed purchased the frame from your outlet, I offered to pay for a new frame. The representative proceeded to "self-engineer" a solution by attempting to fit the lenses onto another frame. Despite my reassurance that there was no hurry, the representative persisted and ultimately scratched my new lenses in the process.

                            Unfortunately, when I brought this to his attention, the representative denied responsibility and suggested that I pay for a warranty extension to receive a new pair of glasses. This behavior was not in line with the professionalism I have come to expect from Lenskart.

                            I am writing to raise a formal complaint about this incident and to request that the matter be investigated thoroughly. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is concerning that the representative in question denied responsibility for the damage caused to my glasses. I would like to emphasize that my main priority is to have my glasses fixed promptly, and I hope that this can be arranged as soon as possible.

                            Furthermore, I would like to request that the representative in question be informed of the importance of taking responsibility for their actions and upholding the professional standards expected of Lenskart employees. While I do not wish for this individual to lose their job, it is important that they are made aware of the severity of their actions and take steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

                              I ordered a spectacle and was told that it will be Rs.2700/- and if opt for Lenskart Gold membership paying additional Rs.600/- I will get another spectacle completely free. I asked him can i buy sunglasses if possible, he said u can buy with the same price I repeated asked if it is of the same quality and I was told yes at the price of one for additional Rs. 600/- .

                              Hi On 18th September 2022 I took Lenskart Blu lenses from Lenskart store which is located in Suncity. After few months o[censored]sing I was facing issue with my Lenskart Blu lenses so yesterday i.e. 12/04/2023 I complained to Lenskart customer care regarding my spectacles issue so customer care person told me to visit nearby store where I have purchased and claim the warranty because still my product is under warranty so after the conversation I went to the store I returned my lenses to the store persons as my exchange status was successfully approved by Lenskart store customer care.
                              So I have returned for the exchange and store persons took my lenses and applied for new product for exchange and they tried to order but they wer unable to order
                              Till now it's been more than 24 hours my exchange approval link was sent to me by sms but I am unable to place the exchange request.
                              Now if I contact the Lenskart customer care they are telling still it will take 3 days to process .
                              So I want my new exchange lenses as soon as possible because I am facing issue with my eyes.
                              So I want my product as soon as possible.
