Dear lenskart team

I recently buy a pair of eyeglasses from your showroom in kerala Kozhikode on jan 27. In that time they told both lens are scratch resistant and dust resistant. After few months there are scratches lens. I am glad that your team as give warrenty exchange on the product.and scheduled a pickup (return ) on today.the delivery boy came and pickup was successfull.
Now I have a issue with exchange order. 673507 is my native pincode. That was not deliverable address for you. So i can't give any other pincode rather i have only one address. In that case your team as informed that provide store credit. So i have issue with that. In store credit, i have to visit nearest store so that is not possible for me. Becouse i working person for me tomorrow is not a off day. And nearest store is 45 km away from my place. So i could travel total of approx 90 km to place the order. And i have to visit again to collect it. After all that what i did wrong was buying your product. I feeling guilty for buying your product. That much losses will be there. And after all that i can't read or write anything without lens properly that is main concern. In your side delaying day by day means you are not value a costomer. So many choice you may give to me i will give my my choice,
1. exchange order should be deliver to same address which i give to you for pickup.. ( i won't give any charge or anything )
2. So if you are giving store credit means i have to visit nearest lenskart shop. So what ever loss i have on that day you have pay me my loss. Becouse have take leave on that day, travel expense will be there . and for collecting the product i have to visit or they have to send me through courier so the charge of the courier will be taken by your side
3. Refund

Thease are the three option for you. I really done a mistake to buy your product.. I won't suggest any one to buy your product..
