Lenskart — Extremely disappointed with lenskarts customer service

I usually don't write reviews, but today’s experience at Lenskart really pushed me to speak up. I visited the store for a simple, minor adjustment to my glass frame — something that should have taken barely a few minutes. Instead, I was made to wait endlessly while the staff chose to attend to new walk-in customers, completely ignoring my presence.

Let that sink in: a loyal customer who had already paid for their product was pushed aside so they could cater to potential sales. This is not just poor customer service — it’s disrespectful and unprofessional.

If Lenskart can’t value returning customers and offer basic after-sale service efficiently, then what’s the point of all the marketing around “care” and “customer-first”? I felt completely invisible and unimportant, just because I wasn't a new sale waiting to happen.

Seriously reconsidering my decision to shop here again.
