[Resolved] Lenskart — eye pain after using lenskart glasses | |
Recently i have ordered 2 specs from online. I have been ordering eye glasses from them for the past few years. When they delivered the product one specs seems to have wrong power. As suggested on their website i wore one eyeglass for two weeks and it all looked fine, but when i wore the second one, i couldn’t even wear it for half a day, i thought may be my eyes need time to get used to them. So i tried them for next few days but the pain continued to increase. When i called customer service to complain about it, they said they can’t accept return because it’s already past 14 days. My question is if someone is buying an eyeglass which has power how can he test two eye glasses in 14 days, to which the rude customer service guy, who doesn’t ever wear glasses, said 14 days is enough to test it. I have already trusted lenskart but now i feel cheated by them and their customer service. I am never going to order it from them. I spent almost 12k on those glasses, now one of them is a waste for me. My order#[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
