The progressives lens bought for my mother chipped off within a week o[censored]sage. The vision through the progressive lens looks magnified even after 3 months o[censored]sage. We bought these glasses at your store in banaswadi, bengaluru. When we asked the salesmen at the store about the magnified vision, they said that this is how the vision will be through the progressive lens!!! So, we spent around rs 14k for magnified vision through a low quality lens. This is not the first time my mother is using progressive lens. By far, this has been the worst set of glasses which was bought from lenskart.

    My order was placed from raipur lenskart store for two spectacles and the delivery was scheduled on 31st March and when I tried to question the same on 3rd-4th April the staff was of no help, also they said there will be a call back but there was none. It is already late by 8 days now and there has been zero communication from the store since. Even if I try to call and resolve the same there has been no follow up on the issue.
    Staff is reluctant to connect the call to the manager please look into the matter the problem without any help can't get worse.

      Hi i am kiah thakkar i am 13 years old i just got specs 3 months ago i thought i would get them from lenskart and i did. I got two pairs one i kept it spare incase i broke the first one in school. So few days later i started wearing the second pair i wore them for an hour and i had severe migraine i thought maybe they need to adjust to my eyes so i wore them for 12 days but i had the same issue i got a bad headache and had to remove the specs in a hour then i was sure that the power of the specs had an issue i went to the lenskart store in vadodara besides mirch masala (A restaurant) they said that the power is correct but in spite of my telling that they weren't comfortable they would not listen and argue constantly the behaviour from the men in store was highly unexpected. They said that they won't be doing anything after 14 days i said if you are writing a one year warranty? They said it was only for color coating and nothing else. I was highly disappointed and upset that they did not solve my problem in spite of me going there 3-4 times and then i decided to write a complaint over here i am positively hoping that you would solve my problem and possibly get my frame (With power) exchanged thank you so so much i hope i get a good response.

      And pls make sure that my order is replaced as the issue is not only of power but the frame is very uncomfortable and after wearing I get red spots on my nose and when I sit to study the frame pushes from behind and comes out. And this is not the first time I am writing I wrote a feedback on the lenskart website but there was no response was waiting for the response since 2 months and then I am writing in this website pls help me because if my order won't be replaced I would be upset and would never want to buy specs from lenskart.

        I am writing this email with extreme frustration due to the pathetic experience i have been through with your services last week. Let me explain the whole scenario here.

        On 27th mar, i purchased two pair of sunglasses from your store in ambience mall, gurgaon. Just after making the payment i realized that one of the pair is defective. Your representative (Dharmveer) tried to fix that while i waited there for 15-20 mins but he could not make it. Then he promised to deliver me a new piece within 3 days. Having his verbal assurance, i left the store. But to my utter disappointment, i did not receive any communication from your store even after 5 days. Finally i called them to know the delivery status for the same. They gave some ridiculous excuses and promised to deliver the item in next 2 days. I waited for two more days but it was still not delivered to me. Then after my constant follow-ups they finally sent me the item but a defective one. Your delivery boy tried to fix that defect but its screw got out of order, and he took it back to the store. It was an extreme level of your terrible customer service. After 9 days of continuous follow-ups, now they says that they can't provide me the same model of sunglasses. When i asked them to refund me the money of my one pair, they refused. Please note that i don't want store points as refunds because i never would like to deal with lenskart in future.

        It has been 11 days but i am still struggling to have my sunglasses or refund. Kindly look into this matter urgently.

        Kindly note that the sunglasses which you have delivered me yesterday had a large scratch mark on the glass. Please find the attached pics. It is the 3rd time in the row that you have delivered me the defective item. Do you have any process of performing quality checks before its delivery? I think certainly NO. How can you deliver the same defective material to customer repeatedly?

          Bought 2 pairs of glasses 2 weeks ago and recieved them just little over one week ago and one of them is already broken. The frame has a joint on both sides which has come out from one side and the glasses have also come out. Lenskart claims this category of frames as "supreme steel". We have gold membership. It was our third transaction with lenskart. These glasses costed us 5780/-. At this amount of money i don't expect such cheap product quality. First glasses bought from them were also faulty as the screws came out frequently but atleast there was a fix, whenever it was loose i tightened it with a small screw driver they gave with the glass. So although not happy i was satisfied with the product. Second time we got sunglasses and till now they're okay nothing wrong. But this time (3rd purchase) product gave up in just one week. It's broken. Such cheap quality. Spectacles are meant for use on daily basis and this is not how they should be. How can you make a product which comes off so easily and then call it supreme steel. I didn't expect lenskart to put their customers in such horrible situations. It is in warranty and i want it replaced immediately. 5780/- is not a small amount. I want the replacement for my glasses as soon as possible.

            I had ordered a powered spec, and have paid the full amount. But within a few hours, it's being shown as 'stocked-out'. Why was the product even being shown as available when the order was placed? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. This is really embarrassing for a company i've heard a lot about. This seriously discourages me from going back to the website the next time.

As discussed over a call, we do have one year manufacturer warranty on our product, however, the issue within your product is wear and tear breakage issue which is excluded from our warranty terms. Hence, we will be able to assist you with 40% discount on frame only replacement where old lenses can be fitted to a new frame and delivered it to you.
              I brought a Vincent chase air flex from lenskart which was supposed to be unbreakable but broke down in just a few days of purchase and I request lenskart to replace my order

                If the product is out of stock, why does it show up on the website and why is money debited from us?

                I placed an order and it shows 'stocked out' in processing. The order is a gift someone is expecting, thank you for a horrible first experience. I do not know when the money will be credited back to me and i really took time to choose that particular product. You have wasted my time, my energy and my mental resources at the cost of the reputation of your company.

                I will not recommend lenskart to anybody.

                  frame broken within 2 days

                  I have recently purchased 2 lenskart spectacles with thin anti glare lens. The product boasts of a 1 year warranty but barely lasted 2 days. Upon application of slight pressure, the frame handles got deformed. I was expecting the product to be of tough steel but the quality was found to be extremly delicate upon reception. I am devastated and request a replacement or refund. This is the 2nd day from receipt of the order....

                  colour faded and frame broken even after taking good care of glasses and gentle use

                  My order ID is [protected] I brought John Jacob frame thinking that it would be of good quality and would long last than other cheap frames but despite of careful use the frame's colour started fading after 1 month and now after 3-4 months the frame got cracked. Now Lenskart are refusing to do after sale service. As per Lenskart policy colour fading is covered under warranty....

                  I bought two spectacles from cp (Connaught palace) lenskart shop. I asked the sales guy whether he can deliver one of the specs to kanpur, he assures us and he was in such a rush to confirmed our order that he doesn't even note down the address. After one week when my friend went to collect her specs, her frame doesn't hold lens which was not inform prior. And the one spec which was supposed to deliver to kanpur is not delivered yet.

                  I had purchased one anti glare and blue coat glass with frame from lenskart by online shopping at their website . On 13th march it was delievered to me but it was broken within a month. Now they are saying it will not be replaced. Although service was good before purchasing new frame but service afterward is really not satisfactory.

                      I bought a vincent chase specs on 12 th feb 2019 .i was assured it wont break . By mistake i broke my lens . Only the edge of one of its leg is broken. Can i have that only that leg replaced in exchange of some money

                        I ordered specs from lenskart through dwarka, new delhi store. After 8 hours of order it says it is stocked out. Why did they offer the product if it was stocked out. I want the specs to be delivered at the earliest possible. Already i've exchanged them once from lenskart as they delivered wrong product. The other specs i ordered same day is yet to be exchanged as that too was wrongly delivered. This was my first experience with lenskart and i am highly dissatisfied and shall not recommend lenskart to anyone hereon. Order no [protected]

                          Hello,
                          So i bought a progressive glass from lenskart which was supposed to be crack resistant. It cracked.in 20 days. The customer care says it's supposed to be crack resistant not crack proof and that they won't replace products with physical damage. So exactly are they implying by saying it's crack resistant?
                          Anyways i asked them if there's any solution for fixing the glass. I was informed that i'll have to buy a new frame with same glass and that they would offer a 50%discount on the same as a goodwill gesture which doesn't feel good at all
                          Where's the common sense here? Why would i buy the whole thing again?
                          Another option was buy the whole lens set of ₹3500 even if only one glass is cracked.
                          I genuinely feel fooled over here or maybe with all the rules lenskart forgot common sense.
                          I was ready to pay even after the whole crack resistant/crack proof fiasco. But i'm really not getting a sensible solution here.
                          To be honest i feel lenskart is fooling us with words.
                          The customer care won't exactly reply to my query in my emails. I had to call everytime to try and resolve with no effort from their side. And they really take their time in resolving issues like it's been a week i haven't really got a proper solution.
                          Highly disappointed with lenskart, the whole experience was stressful.
                          I'm done with lenskart honestly.

                          Lenskart escalated my complaint. The old ticket was closed and my complaint was handled by someone else. They provided a replacement for the glass in 10 days.

                            I made a complaint in this forum against Lenskart stating about the broken apart temple of 12 days old eyeglasses. I sent them the eyeglasses for a replacement, but looking at their fluctuating price of the same eyeglasses that I ordered, I decided to opt for a refund and thought of ordering the same when prices are lowered. But now I can not order because the product is not deliverable at my pincode(Look at the screenshots). Is this I made a complaint? Is these how you treat your customers?

                            (I also haven't received the refund as the eyeglasses are still not delivered to Lenskart by Indian Post)

                              This is to inform you that i had posted my complain earlier regarding vincent chase glasses asking for replacement as the quality of the glasses was not upto the mark. I was been called by lenskart stating that issue will be resolved and an executive will come to home to sort the concerns. Its been 3 days no one has turned up. Now the thing these people will do is delay as much as possible in taking action and then tell me that 14 days are over so that they cant do anything. This is like delivering bad product and on top of that bad service.. I cant keep on waiting for you people to come as per your convenience. You people must understand that glasses are made so as a person can read properly. If the purpose is not sort i cant keep on waiting and further strain my eyes. I need a refund now. Please refund my entire money paid

                              This is to inform you that executive walked in few mins back and was very rude and unprofessional.. He was not ready to listen to any concern and refused to take any corrective measures. A few days ago when your executive came he sold us the product promising that in case of any dissatisfaction the product shall be returned or replaced within 14 days. Initially i wanted a replacement but looking at so much of delay and the lenskart glasses affecting my eyes further i decided to not to wear lenskart glasses and claim ful refund.. Apart from all this your executive comes up with his statement that lenskart eye check up is not upto the mark. Believe you me if your executives tell your customers not to trust lenkart eye checkup then how can customers trust in lenskart.. I would like you people to refund the entire money paid by me immediately...

                                I have placed order for eye check followed by an order for eye glass on 24th feb. Amount paid same day through phone pe payment site. The amount was debited from account and same was confirmed by phone pe about credit in the merchant site. I have been chasing since then.                                   On 13.03.19 at 6.00 pm my spectacle frame details : black full rim rectangle medium (Size-51) vincent chase air flex vc e11368 was got broken.

                                  The frame brake incidence was so shameful and irritated me in front of my friend and colleagues

                                  Also the lens kart nashik - college road shop has not register the complaints. They denied to register the complaints after proving the frame manufacturing defects to them.

                                  I buy 02 specs from your NIT 5 Branch at Faridabad in Oct 2018. I handled then with care and always put them in box after usage. But now I found scratchs on both of the specs. I tried to call the NIT 5 showroom but the no which is on Lenskart site is not a valid no. I asked you to get my complaint and get the resolution don ASAP.
