Greetings!
I had placed an order for a pair ray-ban eye glasses on march 05, 2019 at lenskart's store at janak puri district centre. The manager, mr. Pankaj took my order and informed that the glasses with the lenses fitted shall be delivered in a few days.
And today (March 06, 2019), when i check the status of the order, it is showing it as stock out. If the stock was already out, how could the db accept my order for it (That too, in a physical store).
I need a status on my order and an expected delivery date for it.

My previous experiences have all been good with you. My purpose was of seeking clarification. And as was clarified to me over the call, the glasses are in process and shall be delivered shortly. I am cool with that.
