Lenskart — Eyeglasses frame broken

I bought an specs in January month which is of John Jacobs brand. Yesterday my specs was fell of from my head while I'm bending at that time I catched the falling glasses the frame of the glass at left side was broken. I don't know in which quality material it was done. I visited nearby stores and they told it will be taken back or repaired only if it is insured. I bought it at the cost of 3200 Rs where was the quality of the product ? Not even 6 months completed. There is no good response at customer care support. I just need the quality report of the product. Is it really an gunmetal frame or any plastic alloy ? I request you to please look on to this issue.
