[Resolved] Lenskart — frame hinges | |
I purchased a Vincent Chase eyeglass on 29 March 2019 through the lenskart app. After 1 month one of the frame screw is loose and now everytime I wear the glass I have to tilt towards right for the perfect fit. I enquired with the customer care but they weren't specifying about the above mentioned order. I would like to know whether lenskart provides any repair service or any return/ replacement.
