My name is Nidhi Sinhmar.
I’m a Doctor and I purchased two spectacles of rs 4704.

Firstly, i have a option that i can easily exchange my frame if they will be loose in size
(because on store they have dummy models and they all were loose at the time when i am trying)
1. I purchased glass with ORDER ID [protected]
Salesman assure me that when I received fresh item it will be truly fit in size

2. When I received, the rimless spectacles is loose in size and uncomfortable for eyes too

3. I talk in customer support but same size and same lens in same frame is not available now .

4 . I want same order with smaller size

If we purchased of rs 4704 and company didn’t support us then why we purchased from there .
Please solve my issue with relevant solution.
