I ordered 1st time on lenskart but order was cancelled by lenskart then i received refund in store credit without my permission and then lenskart ordered 2nd time but order was again cancelled and i received refund in store credit then i call to lenskart customer care support for taking refund in original payment method used by me.but he was danied for this.

    On 1st January 2023. I visited the Lal Quarter Krishna Nagar Store in Delhi.

    The power was taken from previous specs and also the lady optometrist did the eye test. And I had already updated the salesperson that I shall be travelling abroad within a few days and I need the specs on time. I was promised that Lenskart provides 3 days guarantee else, there shall be vouchers given out.

    And then after all the things like selecting the high end JJ specs and everything, the person taking the order filled in wrong details about the power. Added cylindrical power as plus (+), while it should have been minus(-). And mind you, I had ordered the fully loaded blue cut lenses, which are the costliest on their shop.

    I received the specs on 04.01 as promised and I flew from India on 06.01 early morning. After coming back to my place (in Europe), when I started using my laptop with the new specs, I figured something is wrong with my new specs.

    And now facing problem for getting replacement. Tried international calls to their support team. The team in Lal Quarter did not even bother to pick up the phone.

    I need to live with wrong specs coz apparently even after telling lenskart support team about a friend of mine coming next week from India, they are not willing to send another pair of specs to him. I had even promised to Lenskart support team that I shall return the current ones to them when I am in India the next time. I have no use for the current specs anyways.

      I had an appointment on 9th January 9th, 2023 for eye check up which when the executive calle d on 9th, I got it rescheduled for 10th January
      When I spoke to gaurav jha, who was supposed to visit for eye check up, he firstly denied to come as per him the area was nonservicable and later said that even if he comes he would be late than the scheduled time.on repeatedly getting in touch with lensekart team, after promising a call back, no one called back
      I don't understand how the area became non serviceable in one day.Arvinvder singh [protected]

        Dear Lenskart,

        As I am your valuable customer from last so many years, facing really pathetic experience at one of your store as “Shop No 22, Jagdish Lok Apartment, West Boring Canal Rd, near Harilal's Sweets, Anandpuri, Patna, Bihar 800001” . Earlier the customer service of that store was awesome & now these days the staff of that store should be recruit if you have any Women’s special store as they are focusing on that only & if you have any Award in that segment then Mr. Faiz will be awarded for that.
        As I am visited store with my wife & 2 year old Daughter on 2nd Jan for one of product exchange within warranty “ Order Id [protected]”, they all very busy persons directly said choose your exchange frame & after almost one hour when we select new frame then he initiate exchange on his App, receive my old specs & advise us that we will call within 24-48 hours once approve exchange. I received message that my specs exchange was approved next day but no one call from store regarding that. Today once when I call store regarding my issue, then they checked on system & inform yes that your exchange is approved. He told us that submit your old specs but that was already submitted. Then he inform that come to store & choose new frame that was also selected & disconnect call immediately.

        These types of pathetic service is totally not acceptable & it’s a crime to torture family as one hour already wasted at store with wife & infant child in this winter.
        I will visit store again & select new frame again but I will never visit any Lenskart store again as service standard are getting down day by day. I am also working as Manager Sales marketing in HPCL, a Govt. organization and understand customer service priority in marketing segment.

        Kindly look into matter & take suitable action against so that no other customer undergo like this as not everyone raise their voices.

          I had ordered John Jacobs aviator computer glasses on 17 Nov 2022. The sales representative said that it wouldn't break easily and will last for a lifetime. After 10 days of purchase, I was feeling uncomfortable in wearing the glasses. So I went to the nearest Lenskart store (Lenskart.com Flagship Store at CMH Road Indiranagar), there a technician bent the ear handles and nosepads. It was all working fine, but when today (29 Dec 2022), the left handle of the frame broke after a small press.

            This transaction happened on the purchase of products from lenskart and bill amount of Rs 600 need to be debited but wrongly they debit Rs 10000 from our credit card account. From that day we are regularly following up with them for our refund but they are keep delaying and we are calling and visiting their shop everyday. They are giving same answers every time.

            We want them to refund our amount of Rs 10000 with compensation for our loss of time, my pregnant wife facing problems while visiting their store for refund.

            We are attaching debit message from our account, statement of our credit card, bank slip, invoice.

            It is our request to help us on this urgently.

I ordered an eye glass for my father from Lenskart app. We uploaded all the information in the application (prescription, PD) and made the payment. We selected the nearest Lenskart shop address so that my father can go and check the eye glass in the shop and in case of issue it can be fixed there.               They are cheater & irresponsible because i ordered at 21nov, 2022 for one eyebear with insurance. It was defective so i returned it on 8dec, 2022. But replaced oreder is still pending & not delivered yet. Lenskart is increasing delivery time day to day. First delivery time was 15Dec, 17dec, 19 Dec, 20Dec. Now 23 Dec, 2022.

              This is very long period 8Dec to 23Dec, 2022. This is joke with me. Now delivery date poponded on 25 Dec, 2022.

                My flexible frame was not fitted at one side within two month

                Plz help me. How can i claim the warranty? What a poor frame quality!

                Because I went to the shop and they told me you should buy a new frame, which costs 2, 500.

                  I have ordered two glasses on 11th December and both are supposed to delivered by 14th December. one of them is delivered and another one is "preparing for dispatch" for last 3 days, I have contacted chat support and asked for the status and a expected date for delivery but they are unable to give me one.

                          Now I am getting call from a DTDC corrier agent from Kottangulangara which is 7km away from my home and asked me to collect from their

                          I came to know that you are doing this all the time. This is much disappointing and I seriously have complaint on this issue
                          Whatever heights you conquire but you are still drowning yourself for cheap profits

                              Very uncomfortable store it ends as it starts, usually crowded
                              This store is just good for eye test but not suitable for sale of retail products .
                              Store keepers themselves don't know whom to assist, I got assisted by 3 of them
                              1 is telling other to assist and other is telling some other
                              Also they are misleading no one will tell you that if you buy single glasses along with lenses you get 60% offer . I got to know this from online
                              They will just insist you to go for gold membership pay another 708 and then buy 1 free.
                              I ordered today my glasses online, through WhatsApp, the person assisting online was more informative than those at the offline stores .
                              I am going to elevate this issue, because these store keepers represent a brand which is lenskart
                              We prefer going to offline stores so that there is much more transparency than online store, but I ordered online after visiting offline store
                              So there is a serious issue with the store

                                My name is Laxmi and I ordered two spectacles from lenskart. My lenses are progressive. While one frame has fitted well, other one is not suiting at all and I am not satisfied, while I was told at the store that smaller frames are better with progressive lenses.

                                I want to replace / refund . I bought my spectacles under buy one get one free scheme.

                                    This is to inform you that yesterday evening i visited the my nearest lenskart store in Jankipuram lucknow. There are 4 staff there at that time and i waiting for half n hour to attend me. One of the employee there talking very rudely and misbehaving with me and denied to add more than 2 product in one cart and also denied to use the voucher. They said we cant use and voucher and start yelling at me.
                                    After that they said you can place order from you lenskart app and they will not place order from there end. And finally denied to place the order.
                                    I am a lenskart squad influencer who promotes your products but your employes are misbehaving with us very very badly.
                                    This is very unprofessional.

                                      I have ordered two eyeglasses from the Lenskart store on 5th November 2022. One of them was received on 8th November and for other glasses it was showing 10th November. On the application I can't find the tracking details as well and when I tried to reach customer care they told that your order will returned to the our warehouse and after that we will deliver again. But now after it shows returned to warehouse I have spoke with the customer care they are saying that the frame you have selected it out of stock. They are also not doing the refund. They are saying if I want refund then I have to return other pair of glasses also.
                                      If they are not having frame in stock then they should not accept the order.
                                      It is not the expected reply and service from the lenskart.
