[Resolved]  Lenskart — Fraud to customer - refusing to exchange mismatched product

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Order ID [protected]. I received an incorrect power glass with my order and have been met with refusal to exchange or return the product by both your customer support team and the physical store.

Despite providing evidence of the error and my prescription, I have been informed that the delivery partner allegedly changed the product, and Lenskart cannot facilitate the exchange or return. This response is unacceptable and constitutes a complete case of fraud against the receiving customer.

I demand immediate action to rectify this situation and expect Lenskart to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction by facilitating the exchange or providing a full refund for the faulty product.
