I purchased two specs under BOGO scheme (amount approx. Rs. 14849/-) from Lenskart store, Gulmohar, Bhopal. order no. [protected] (date12.08.23). I collecetd the prodcut from store on 19th Aug (despite of requesting the store at the time of placing order to deliver that to my home) . However due to family emergecy (father's death), I had to travel outstation so couldnt use the specs until I returned. Now I started using the specs and figured...

I have ordered a product on 13/08/23 amounting rs.450/-, which was to be delivered on 15/08/23 (Three or free offer was also applicable on this). Even after 15days there was no tracking of the order.
When the issue was escalated with customer care on 28/08/23, they assured delivery of the same. Another they conveyed me that they cancelled the order on 22/08/23 and refunded my money to my bank a/c.

This is regarding Order ID: [protected], Order Date: 12 Nov.
There was a home eye checkup done on 12 NOV and two John Jacobs glasses were delivered on 15-NOV and 18-NOV respectively.

After using these glasses I started having headache and near vision issues. For couple of months I have had this headache now thinking it may be due to other issues.

After contacting opthalmologist, I was given a new prescription....

On 19 August 2023 i bought gold membership from Lenskart but it is not showing in my profile......

My daughter Komal Bimal lal purchased a total of two frames i for her parents Bimal lal and Rita lal. With spam of over a year the one pair that was for Bimal ll developed scratches and became cloudy / almost opaque in routine use, this being one of the two spectacles used. Quality of lenses not upto the mark . Purchased through Mira road store. Requesting Lenskart to look into what was not right and replace the lenses....

I and my family are regular customers of Lenskart and have in the past got all our purchases channeled through Mira road branch. My daughter Komal bimal lal, wife Rita lal and myself Bimal lal have opted for Lenskart. However quality of lenses purchased last year have turned out to get scratches (almost full body of lenses are covered with scratches in a year or little more when actually it is not the only pair I have worn. Please look into...

I have clearly stated that I need the GST invoice, which should be provided anyways, and they promised the same that they will provide on the day of delivery, but then at the time of giving the product they said it's not working and can be downloaded from app and also they will send it by mail.
But not received it yet by mail nor able to download it from the app....

I applied a coupon code and availed a membership by paying 49 rupees, payment was successful but still the Gold membership is not visible in my account....

I had ordered specs for me and my father in law with order no. [protected]. And there was problem with both the specs. The frame of specs i.e.Gunmetal green square which we immediately gave them for replacement and other specs i.e. sky blue transparent one had totally blurr vision as the lady who did eye test was over confident and didn't bothered to see the description I had showed to her as result of which the specs are not comfortable to...

On 5th of August i ordered one of the Vincent Chase Patriot special edition eyeglasses from Lenskart app. The agent of Lenskart assisted me well by placing the order & then i payed for it & it said "Order Created". It was scheduled to be delivered on 10th of August, which is today. But till now it has no further progress. It still stucked & showing the same thing "Order Created". I cannot connect to any agent of Lenskart so that i can explain...

I had received one frame on the 31st july and the other frame is still pending for dispatch. I tried reaching the store through the customer support but i did not have a chance to even register my enquiry. This isnt my first time with lenskart. Every pair I have bought in the past couple of years has broken within the first three months.
I bought two pairs this time and as expected both are already broken. Quality is nasty at lenskart and definitely never going to buy again. The last couple of time I gave benefit of the doubt but this is unacceptable. There were pretty decent till 3 years ago, now its just pathetic. Why cheat people...

I have purchased 3 glasses in a short span of 2 months. All of them were purchased from the same store located in Wagholi Pune. Out of them, the frame of 1 glass broke down. I went to the store to check if it can be repaired or changed. But, the staff told me that have you taken insurance? I asked when did you tell me about insurance while purchasing. He lied to me saying that he always share this information...

I purchased a pair of glasses from the Lenskart store last August, and after 11 months, I attempted to file an insurance claim due to damages in the temple piece. However, I received a rejection with the reason stated as 'Request from VSM.' It's frustrating to have insurance for my glasses and still be treated this way as a customer

I arrived to lenskart store and purchased 2 eyeglasses with gold membership for me and i asked for free lens cleaners for the purchase they replied that we can't give you free lens cleaner in online it show like free but you have to buy from the store.

it's shows that lenskart just advertising free eye cleaner's but it;s not applying to customers
i just want my free eye cleaners as a compensation...

I am writing frm gurgaon sec 49. I visited the store near my house which is at eros city sqaure. The staff was in such a denial mode and rude enough to not give a proper explanation.
Mu frame is 1.5 yrs old and he mentioned tht it has caught RUST in the screw of the frame!!!

Surprisingly this is the first time my LENSKART eye frame has ever got rusted.

He hasn’t given me any reason why this has happend...
