The issue that i have experienced was: i have gold membership on [protected]. I have selected 1+1 glasses from vincent chase. Gold membership is not getting applied on second pair. Shop person called area manager and he gave codes. No codes were actually working Shop person told me to buy other gold membership on new number.. This is rubbish.. We paid 600 for gold membership and today i had to wait 2 hours and didn't receive my gold benefits... Had to walk out with time waste and no purchase It occurred on: 10/11/2019 Fix my problem and help me get my lens I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
