1. You reply is not acceptable at all as it is totally biased and intended just to protect the culprit, Mr Sachin, who had visited our home on 8th April 2024, for eye check up and to provide eye numbers.
2. You have blindly believed on whatever he said. Too bad on your part.
3. You have also lied that I was not reachable to my contact number while the fact is I have received call from you and had explained all the facts to you and for evidence we have the call record and the time lasted for the conversation.
4. This rascal Sachin did not even open his box carrying tools to check eyes. Then how could say about the problems to my eyes.
5. When he entered my home, I immediately recognize him that he is the same rascal, who had previously visited and had done all this drama as his dirty habit.
6. I asked him whether he would provide the written prescription for my eye numbers, which he refused as he had done previously too.
7. He said, his decision and satisfaction is the final one whether he would provide a number or not.
8. Look at the attached photoshoot PDF file. This prescription has been provided by your lenskart person only, providing the needed numbers of the four respect I am using.
9. Only difference is, at that time your different person has come and not this rascal Sachin.
10 He said, I have glucoma in my eyes. How did he conclude such a thing? Submit the evidence.
11. I have three witness here, who were present at that time, who had observed that this rascal Sachin did not even start the eye check up and refused to provide eye numbers.
12 Also make a note, as stated by you, why should I contact any eye doctor, when I have no eye issue?
13 Secondary and eye doctor never himself checks eyes to provide specs numbers.
14. So this is a clear evidence that problem is not with my eyes but with your Sachin, who has done all this drama, causing hell of trauma, waste of our valuable time and lenskart blindly believed on his manipulated and falls statement.
15. I therefore, as per mile legal right, hold this rascal Sachin and your Lenskart, severally and jointly liable to be prosecuted under the consumer protection act 1986 entirely at your risk, cost and consequences for heavy punishment and compensation which make a legal note of.
