Lenskart — I didn't get my refund back , but in the app it's showing refund completed

Hye, there I'm suma Pantula I'm a student so I have very high screen timing so I have ordered blu light glasses from the lenskart app on 27th Sept. My order ID:- [protected] . So within 2 day I got my glasses but I didn't like the fit . So I decided to return it . I had an option of returning it in the store on 30th sept in which I suppose to get immediate refund but the agent told me the money will be refunded in your account within 4 to 5 business days then after some days I got a message that the refund is completed on 3 oct but I didn't get any money credited by then as I already twice checked my transaction history and mini statement so I contacted there help support they told me that the money is already initiated you will get the money reflected in your account with in 4 to 5 days but in the app it's showing already refunded. As I'm a student I always run out of budget and I'm tensed about my stucked money . Plz help me get my money credited.
