[Resolved] Lenskart — I have ordered tokai lenses of 1.76 index but instead I got 1.67 index,in lenksart site they metioned world thinnest lenses of 1.7

Hi,
i have ordered tokai lenses with john jacobs which costed 10k for single frame under gold membership i got buy1 & get 1, as clearly mentioned world thinnest lenes of tokai were exclusive available in lenskart of 1.76 index as per their site, even post ordering i made an request to lenskart like its tokai 1.76 index and today (09th june 2021) i got call from lenksart customer support and informed product will get delivered today and its 1.76index but once i got the product as i checked with my old tokai 1.76 index its not same old lens were thin where as new lens are larger which isnt look like 1.76 so called lenskart customer support then he confirmed you got 1.67 index tokai lenses, what is this?

Please replace my two john jacobs with tokai 1.76 index for order no [protected] with registered mobile no [protected]

As per lenksart site they kept single vison 1.76 index lenses
