I want to cancel the order which i placed in near by store at Mysore, one of the representative missguided me that if you buy products under EYE CONIC SALE the frames will be used one and will be with small defects he added that you can't buy single piece u have to buy 2 as there is buy 1 get 1 free if you buy one or two the price remains same so then i ordered 2 glasses of amount 2415rs then i came back home and searched detailed in the app and got to know that EYE CONIC SALE can't be applied with buy 1 get 1 free offer and there were many other products where i can buy single piece along with EYE CONIC SALE OFFER so the representative missguided something else and i thought out check out the amount for one glass along with EYE CONIC SALE in the app it was only 802rs so i nees to cancel the order as i order it yesterday ( jan 12th) and i have informed about cancellation on jan 12th only to the respective store and even though coustomer care support so i need my refund amount as soon as possible this was my 1st purchase at lenskart and went very badly, if they give defective frames on using offer's why do they have to give such offers i don't think lenskart delivers defective frames for those who used EYE CONIC SALE it might be the miss guidance by the representative so please make my refund as soon as possible

Updated by Raghuveer C gowda It was told that by Jan 16th u will get cash free link but still no updates about cancellation of order and one of the glass out of 2 delivered to Store and it's say other glass will be delivered, not even a single update about cancellation

Updated by Raghuveer C gowda Can't you people understand that i don't want the product it's useless buying in lenskart cause of irresponsible representatives at the store who provoke to buy something else and more over give us wrong information i am fed with u guys i don't want to use ur products no more please make my refund as soon as possible i am not worried about the quality checks o[censored]r frames it's useless buying 2 zero power glass for 2415rs where i could get it at 800 or 500rs out Side see i[censored] do my refund as soon as possible i have see single pair glass which costs 800 in lenskart i will order that

Updated by Raghuveer C gowda 1st read my complaint properly i am not saying that eye glasses quality is bad or not good i don't want the product so why should i Take the deliver and use them it was the store representative who made me to order two glasses saying that it costs same for both single piece or for 2 pairs but i actually went to store to buy 1 pair and more over why does lenskart provide sales offers just to attract customers ahh??? The Store representative says u can't use EYE CONIC SALE and he adds that i[censored] but in EYE CONIC SALE the product will be used one and broken frames then u people i mean lenskart says it goes several quality checks what nonsense are these lenskart and their respective saying one is saying it will be broken and the other is saying it's highly quality LENSKART 1st educate your store representative
